Would have given them a half star if possible. Was not made aware of missing ingredients. I didn't know till I opened the sub. When confronted, they blew me off. AAFES should shut down. They are disrespectful and could care less about their customers.

I was told to come in when I said could I just go through the drive through so no body had to walk it out to me (I'm on crutches and I figured it would save them time, too). I was told to come inside if I could since they were busy.

This place is amazing when it comes to messing up your order in the drive thru. If you order 2 subs that are different. Well great news because 1 of the subs you ordered will have what you want and extra. ?

I know working at subway sucks but do you really need to stare at the sandwich for a whole minute or two while holding the toping? No wonder the line barely moves. Especially the drive thru. You could probably get locked in there unable to leave for 30 minutes easily with only 3 people in it.

I love getting a nice sandwich here because it hits the spot after a long day. But recently the workers have been lacking on the quality of the food.One worker is clearly fed up with her co workers "Nopa". Because of this she probably won't care as much about her job.I also found hair in my food ?

I normally get bacon egg and cheese in the morning plus a pretzel but today what I assume is a new employee put some random stuff in my sandwich that was not requested and didn’t glass the pretzel.

I have worked here for a bit and I can tell you it’s not the place to be. The environment and workers are all together too toxic to be around and anyone thinking of working here I’m saving you the trouble , it is a very biased and competitive area when people should truly be getting along if your gonna be working together and the manager is no help whatsoever.

Always rude when go in,They messed up my sandwich, went back in to get it fixed, the worker tried just scraping off multiple items that was not suppose to be on, then when asking to get remade was huffing and puffing and grabbing the items aggressively, being very rude to what needed to go on sandwich.
