Great customer service! Especially Jennifer Jones has a very professional and kind personality. She has my protein bowl made right when she sees me walk in the door. I really appreciate her respectful and kind attitude.
I know working at subway sucks but do you really need to stare at the sandwich for a whole minute or two while holding the toping? No wonder the line barely moves. Especially the drive thru. You could probably get locked in there unable to leave for 30 minutes easily with only 3 people in it.
I normally get bacon egg and cheese in the morning plus a pretzel but today what I assume is a new employee put some random stuff in my sandwich that was not requested and didn’t glass the pretzel.
