Left from lack of zero effort to provide service. Employees completely ignored my existence for over 10 minutes while only focusing on online orders. There was no one else in front of me.

I preordered on uber eats so all I had to do was pick it up, my order was supposed to be a chicken pesto flatbread and it did not have any pesto, it was chicken a bunch of mozzarella cheese, the flatbread tasted burnt and the tomatoes tasted weird, they forgot my chips and they ran out of large size cups so they had to give 2 small cups. Don’t see myself ordering there again. The app said my order was not ready but I still went up toasted ask them if it was ready just in case, I know they were busy but I wouldn’t have mind waiting a few extra minutes for my order to be correct, instead I get to work and it’s wrong and missing items.

If you order salad here, this is what you'll get. And if you bring it up to the staff, they will tell you 'oh, you don't wanna eat this?!'
I recommend this place if anyone wants to get food poisoning from eating rotten salad.

The lady at the cashier is disrespectful and rude. I greated her and she said nothing in return. When I picked up the order I said thank you and she said nothing and stared at me like I was someone she hated. Very poor service!

If could give zero stars I would. Absolutely worst service I have experienced in my LIFE. The entire staff lacks intelligence and the ability to manage a situation. First experience was via online order. After 10 mins the staff confirmed they didn’t make my order because they were out of ingredients. Second experience staff completely took my order incorrectly after waiting for staff to acknowledge that I was there. When you walk in staff are constantly talking about unrelated topics and appear to be bothered that customers are there. This is a military base and this franchise seriously needs to consider firing the entire staff to bring in a more polished, professional, and competent team.

I go to this tropical smoothie on my lunch break a lot. All of the employees look like they're working hard when I'm there. However, Tatiana engages with me more than any other employee. I just want to let you all know that i appreciate her.

It’s called the HUMMUS veggie wrap where is the actual hummus? Maybe…..just call it a veggie wrap and the tomatoes taste the opposite of fresh I never eat on post and this is exactly why smmfh the black beans I got maybe a pinch of them in the wrap I mean this is ridiculous I’m not eating this

Waiting for too long for a drink not even filled up?! Does it look full to you? I paid for a full cup for sure. Btw, looks like none of the workers likes their job. And don’t even worry about common courtesy. No “thank you”, “I’m sorry” or whatsoever. And that’s EVERY TIME. Interesting experience.

They have signs outside the building advertising and when you attempt to order whatever is on the sign, they don't ever have it. If you order online and go to pick it up, they didn't have the ingredients to make what you ordered. They're a joke, service is a joke, waste of effort.
