As I walked up to order my food a young man was cleaning up the restaurant he stopped to take my order. He did NOT change his gloves when he started preparing my food. I brought it to his attention that he didn't change his gloves he said he did changed them. I was looking at him the whole time I didn't see him changed them (that's nasty). Then he decided to change them once I spoke about it. It was to late cause he had already made my food. Y'all need do better with sanitizing your hands(changing gloves after cleaning).

This is my 3rd time coming here because I'm currently in school, and the employees are extremely rude. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today at March 21, at 1650. I thought I walked up in the nick of time. She looked right at me and said we are closed. Rolled her eyes and gave me this death stare.Fire all the employees and get new ones. Ridiculous.

Aafes should not run restaurants, they aren't good at it. This Arby's is no exception. Sub par room temperature food and none of the sauce I asked for. Sad, Arby's. Sad!

Can't give a fair rating. Came in to get a roast beef sandwich and 1100 am and they didn't have any...but. they opened 30 minutes prior. How do you open your doors if you can't serve the main thing you market?

Stop marketing things your employees are unwilling to serve or make. Lazy and rude worker who doesnt want to be there. She litterwlt told me she couldn't make my daughter a shake because the machine "was about to go down and would be worth it".

They have to worst service ever it took them 30 minutes to get us our food and we only ordered two sandwiches and they weren't even specialty sandwiches. So disappointed
Took the workers 13 minutes to fix out food...they are very slow, food was old & nasty...you need fresh food to service to your customers...off post Arbys is way bettet them post will be going off post for now on!!
