Service was horrible. The employees act like you are a bother to them when you place an order.

Go there a lot. More time then not. The hamburger itself is burnt black all the way around but the middle.the impossible whopper and texas whoppr and now today got the crispy onion burger. Like how?

I visited this location and went through the drive-through, specifically requesting that my chicken fries be dropped fresh. Once I received them, it was clear they weren’t fresh, so I went inside to address the issue.

The first employee I spoke with was kind and understanding and agreed to have a new order dropped. However, the general manager stepped in and insisted the chicken fries had already been dropped fresh, then began talking back and forth with the kitchen staff in front of me about it. The person in the kitchen said what she want the chicken fries burning like fries. It felt unprofessional and dismissive of my concern as a customer.

In the end, I requested and received a refund, but the entire interaction left a bad impression. I don’t feel comfortable spending my money at an establishment where customer concerns are met with resistance instead of respect.

Fast friendly

We drive all the way from Jesup (40min) just to come and eat at this Burger King. Every single visit has been great customer service is friendly and our food is so hot and fresh . I tell anyone I know to do the same that’s how good it is here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

That is what exactly happened at this Burger King location this morning.
Servers and the Manager were so friendly and professional, they made my wife and myself started with beautiful day.
Ya'all go there and experience yourself and you'll know what I mean.

I have lost count of how many times they have not been able to serve...wait for it
BURGERS.
I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS SUCH A HARD CONCEPT! BURGER KING SELLING BURGERS. CRAZY RIGHT?
Multiple times I have pulled in to this BURGER KING only to be advised there is only fish and chicken.

The staff are trash. They can't follow simple sales trends when it comes tonplacong truck orders. Sounds like DEI hire.

Soldiers are hungry, the Dfac can't even Dfac so we hope to maybe have something different
I have successfully eaten at this burger King once in my 3 years on this post. With 3 visits total.
I haven't had burger King since last December.
That was because I went off post. Close it down
90% failure rate. Is unacceptable

Gwendolyn is ridiculous, I had to unbuckle and put my torso out the window to give her my card as she will come past the window

Had 8 people pull out and park at the drive through at one time.. maybe do the orders before letting more people go through? Makes no sense

Service etc was ok (not sure how you forget the hamburger) but watch the advertised pricing versus what they charge you.

This Burger King drive thru is slower than… got too annoyed as I waited for 27 minutes for a junior chicken sandwich to make a fun witty idiom. This isn’t waiting in line, this is getting to the pick up window, then moved forward as they conduct world travel, hunted the rarest chicken, harvested it, flew back (on spirit), crash landed on a deserted island, created a friend named Wilson out of a volleyball, was rescued years later, finally returned, realized the chicken spoiled, didn’t care, put it on a bun, and eventually served it. The king had died, close this place down!
