We went in there on Saturday August 24th between the hours of 12-5pm to order some food, they were there sweeping and cleaning up, then they walked in the back, while my wife and I, and two other people were standing there waiting to make our order, they had us standing there for like 5 minutes and then when they finally did come out to take our orders. They acted like we were disturbing them!!! Everything would of been fine if they said could you give us a few minutes. But they didn't say nothing, they just walked away!!!

Food is good. Only thing is the rude emloyees. They were busy when I came to pick up my order which is understandable so I waited for them to ask if they could help me. After probably 7 to 8 minutes the worker behind the counter asked if I was there for a pick up and I stated yes. She responded with an attitude and said "why didn't you say something." Every time I come there it's always the same rude employees. Good food and cans be received in a timely manner. Just rude customer service.

I absolutely adore the Philly cheese steak sandwich at this place! The employees here are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to prepare your food with love and care. It's evident that their aim is to ensure every order is spot-on. Highly recommended!

I placed an order online. I asked for a chicken Philly and ultimate fries with toppings foe thr fries on the side. I asked asked for strawberry lemonade. I was given an ultimate fries with every topping on it. And a peach lemonade instead of strawberry. I am allergic to peaches. So glad I looked at the bottom before drinking it. Also no pickle was given. I tried to call several times. No one answers. This is disappointing.

I ordered food from Charlie’s cheesesteaks through DoorDash. They did not give me the food that I paid for and they know people are having hard financial hardships during this time. Knowing that they did not answer the phone when I called them a minimum of 15 times. They need to disconnect the phone line. They need to shut down and they need to also reimburse me for my large fry. To any manager or customer service representative reading this please understand that if I do not get what I want, I will sue you, because you just robbed me.

Rude and argumentative. They ignored the order form and intentionally forgot one of the drinks out of a 3 drink pick up. Why do I have to argue with employees who can’t do their job? It’s not hard to read a form and see “1 LARGE drink, 2 MEDIUM drinks” and yet when I get 2 drinks they want to argue and accuse me of trying to steal? No ma’am. You’re the thieves who don’t want to do your job. Shameful. Will never go back here and I encourage you to do the same. They are horribly rude and bad at their jobs. It’s not hard to make a sandwich and push out the CORRECT number of drinks.You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I have never, in my life, been served by employees as rude as you all were. Shameful.

Gabriel was very unpleasant and very argumentative about the contents of my sandwich that were not suppose to be placed. His entire demonier was very unpleasant. Leslie I guess the manager is a rude as well. I see why the employees are the way they are poor management skills at best.

The cashier didn't have on a new hire pin, so she was bungling up our order badly. The cashier had to get assistance . The guys cooking was CRABBY!!! No communication, they bumped elbows crossed each other space instead of saying a simple excuse me can ya pass...they were awkward to watch, obvious fued with them. Had to guide them throughout making our sandwiches, then he just gave this noticeable look of ...SHUT UP AND ALLOW ME TO SCREW THIS ORDER UP,then come back and I'll fix it.Not happening guy, the ultimate as well as gourmet fries were horrible they were cold and sour cream on cold fries I assume were hot when it got on...was melted,wasn't given any utensils, I'm over the experience although if that's the new normal for them...we're out as the hour plus driving for that FOOD, SERVICE, AND NOT CLEANED AREA'S I will take our guest we invite to enjoy our favorite spots elsewhere.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is available, ya have to look for openings outside as a stroller was ,we tilted, and it was fine very roomy to navigate inside the area.the guy cleaning person was the most RUDE, CONFRONTATIONAL, EDGY, TIMEBOMB who need a back end job before he explode he actually gave me the chills...to say ? as you walk in an area being cleaned, even though this is the exit area, and they SNAP ON YOU!!! AND GIVE THE BODY LANGUAGE STOPPING YOU AND FURTHER ENGAGE WITH NEGATIVE WORDS HOLDING A BROOM(WEAPON) WHILE YOUR FOOD GET COLDER AND YOUR BLOOD BOIL FOR THIS NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE TO ANOTHER , JUST BEWARE ENTERING ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
