The only reason I come to this location is for convenience. It's always something with this place; wrong drinks, cold food, poor customer service, card machine down, always out of ingredients or food, etc. I highly recommend just taking the extra time and going to the location off post or Blaze coffee shop on post.

Does not accept or honor coupons from App. I have used coupons here previously. Nothing like ripping off soldiers and not supporting them when other Starbucks would honor the deal. Have a great Army day!

Sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes, the food I got was completely cold. There is no sense of urgency to get people their food or drink in a decent time so people can enjoy there products.

I've already left an ICE complaint about this, but nothing has been done about it. I'm 100% sure their filtration system is broken because most, if not all the drinks, taste extremely minerally, almost like lead. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I gave this location about a week or so to get it fixed but when I came in to get my daughters their refreshers, it tasted worse than before. Not only that but we noticed black spots on the ice... I've never seen that before. We stopped drinking them immediately thinking it was mold. This is extremely unacceptable and this store needs to get their equipment fixed or get shut down for making people sick.

My mom and I Went to Starbucks today and I’m trynna figure out why I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe…. And received zero crunch but tons of caramel ?. It tasted like milk and heavy caramel in all honesty , then my strawberry açaí order was quite literally half way full , the girls that were working today were handing out half filled cups to a lot of ppl … not sure why they were barely filled but oh well ??‍♀️. #notimpressed , usually my drinks always turn out great but todays services were literally bad ! Not to mention another drink I ordered was a grande… I received a venti ?

This Starbucks might take the cake for slowest drive thru ever. Food and drinks are fine but average wait time in the drive thru is 20-40 mins. It’s not like there are a ton of cars ahead either, straight up just slow service. Quicker inside or mobile ordering for sure.

Not sure what's going on but the drive thru has been very slow lately. This is the second that I had to wait about 30mins for 1 order. They used to be fast but lately they've been very slow. Don't go through the drive thru if you're in a hurry or you will be there for at least 30mins.
