A drive thru server was rude to us this Monday morning. She asked us “to give me a minute” which is very normal so we understood. After a minute she’s ready to take our order, her manner changed yelling “Hellooo” on the speaker, rushing us to order all of a sudden. The whole coversation taking our order was rude. We asked nicely on the window if it was her who took our order which she admitted but denied that it was her who yelled at us saying “it could be anybody wearing a mic”. She then called her manager to deal with us. We spoke to her manager and told her about the issue, and by the looks of it she wasnt even that surprised. We told her “being yelled at on a Monday morning is not a great day to start and that we are not mad but we just want to be treated fairly also.” The manager was very understanding and we thank her as she gave us our order.

Do NOT waste your time or your money going to this Grotesque establishment If I could give zero stars, I would this Starbucks is rude, incompetent, consistently gets orders wrong, and leadership is fake and useless; I don’t even bother with remakes and will never return.

No reason that it should take 40 mins to get though the drive thur and there are not exit points once you enter so if you want to leave you cant. Absolutely will never go back to this location.
If I had time to go to the Starbucks off base, I definitely would. I order the same drink almost every time, but it somehow tastes different each visit—sometimes it’s even undrinkable. The staff aren’t the friendliest either. I can tell they get irritated when their scanner for rewards points doesn’t work and they have to enter my account number manually. I get that it’s not their fault, but it’s not mine either. If I’m spending ten bucks at Starbucks, I expect to earn the points so I can redeem discounts later. What really gets me is how some people choose to work in customer service but act like they don’t even want to be there—just rude and unwelcoming.

Every single time I order my coffee or matcha from here it has a nasty taste to it. The coffee always tastes burnt or as if the equipment is never cleaned. The matcha is never mixed and somehow tastes burnt?? How are y'all gonna hand me a chunky matcha so confidently too? Yall need to get either learn how to make a drink correctly or deep clean y’all’s equipment. Foods pretty good tho!
What Starbucks closes at 5pm… smh that’s crazy
This Starbucks is probably one of the worst ones I’ve been too. They do this thing where they love to mark mobile orders as ready however I’m sitting there waiting 10-15 mins after that because they didn’t even start making it. I rely on the “it’s ready” notification of when to leave for it from work however I honestly can’t trust that. This should be addressed as it’s extremely aggravating.
Absolutely love the service and environment. I always tend to go here everyday and on weekends to kind of stay and focus on my other work for things like hobbies. Customer service is always the best here and have had no issues ever since coming here. I highly recommend those to stop here and enjoy the vibe there. I always love my usual Java Chip Frappuchino! ;)

Food and atmosphere is always nice and pleasant.
There are two minor things with me that they can NEVER get it right. I'm typing this review in this store right now.
1. They can never get my name right. I go by Wolfy because there are too many K names when I go in. I been called Ruthy, letty, laurie.names that doesn't have the WoL sound. It's annoying. Not one knows the basic ASL alphabet to correct it, the staff I come across. I have even type everything up on my phone the name, drink plus how I like it and snack. They STILL GET IT WRONG
2. My coffee is always wrong.
I still come here because I am cold and want something warm to drink. I live 30 -45 minutes away. I love meeting new people here.
The only reason I come to this location is for convenience. It's always something with this place; wrong drinks, cold food, poor customer service, card machine down, always out of ingredients or food, etc. I highly recommend just taking the extra time and going to the location off post or Blaze coffee shop on post.

Does not accept or honor coupons from App. I have used coupons here previously. Nothing like ripping off soldiers and not supporting them when other Starbucks would honor the deal. Have a great Army day!
