To begin two days passed since I ordered and the bread was hard and stale the lady made the sandwich which confirmed she was the manager just threw my sandwiches together durin a shift changes did not make or add toppings as asked. I got the side of pile and vinegar the first time second time on sloppy attitude sloppy sandwiches on my sandwich day . Suddenly they can’t do the oil and vinegar on the side in the cups since they discontinued the packet but other subways in area accommodate and have the packets. If they don’t wanna do the Job why work there ! Then closes earlier than the store do . Order on line thru door dash at 12 NOT FOR PICKUP but DELIVERY! All for them tho switch it to pick up as if I had a car to do so HENCE THE DELIVERY OPTION! If we can’t EAT FRESH THEY DONT NEES TO BE EMPLOYED THERE!!!

I ordered online and came in to pick up my food, the lady (who i think is the owner) automatically had an attitude. My sandwich was made wrong and when i asked her if it’s possible to be renamed she got loud and very rudely said “i am not remaking it im standing right here am an not going to remake it” Since i already payed online i took the sub. But the service was terrible. I will not ever be returning to this store.

The food was okay there’s better subways nearby, but the service was horrible, the lady working was so rude and curt. She lied about what came with my sandwich, and she she was very impatient while we tried to tell her what we want. I will not be returning.

What a disappointment! Service was slow. Sandwich had 2 pieces of meat maybe 1 piece of cheese mostly tasted may and mustard. I will probably never eat at another Subway again but would think about it if someone else paid!! Cuz I'm not wasting my time.

The lady here does pickup orders before her line of customers. She was incredibly slow. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes before deciding to eat elsewhere. When I passed her, she still had the subs from the order sitting out exposed on the line rather than being wrapped up as she went through her line of customers. If you placed an order for two subs here and are wondering why they’re cold, that’s why.

This Subway is the best one here in this town they have great customer service skills very polite and sweet and they make your sandwich how you want! It tastes so good and super fresh! I would recommend coming to this one every time! Sorry I took a bite before taking pics it just looked and smelled so good I couldn't resist! I had the monster and added pickles spinach olives and cucumber to it also put the Baja chipotle sauce on it instead of the normal one that comes with it and all the ingredients they had looked nice and fresh unlike other subways I've been to in this area.

The staff at this Subway either do not understand their own menu or are telling customers the wrong things about the menu. When ordering the sub I wanted, I asked if I could substitute the cheese for a different cheese without it changing the sub. The cheese is originally double on the menu. After getting only on cheese I asked if it was suppose to be double cheese like on the menu. The other staff member there then said that because I changed the cheese, it is now a whole different sandwich and that I would be charged if I added the other cheese basicly. Bait and switch if you ask me. Worth the trouble for the sub, not worth it for the confusion every time I order here.

The girl working (Katelyn) was very very slow and had a bad attitude.She wasn't following proper guidelines and making two peoples subs at a time while the other girl was charging people for food that wasn't even being started yet.Very unorganized very slow and very rude
