Closes way too early at 1:30. Not open on weekends and nowhere to sit.

Worst Subway experience ever. I stopped by this afternoon right before 1400 with my sister to grab some sandwiches. My sister went in at first to see if they accepted coupons and the lady working (wish I took note of her name) replied very unfriendly, "you have two minutes before we lock the door." Wish we left at this point with that kind of attitude and now knowing they close at 1400.As we ordered our sandwiches, we immediately felt the lady's unwelcomeness and rudeness. She rushed us and sighed loudly whenever we tried to repeat our order or think of what we wanted on our sandwich. My sister ordered a footlong steak and cheese and noticed a bare spot with no meat on her bread. My sister kindly asked to add more meat and the lady immediately asked, how many extra scoops and that there would be a charge. The bare spot with no meat was clearly visible so instead my sister again kindly asked if she can just spread the meat evenly on the bread. The lady rudely and messily takes the steak and starts smashing it in the bread. When she asked what toppings we wanted, I said, "everything but onions." She reacted angrily, "everything?!" and started taking out all the topping containers from the fridge and slamming them on the counter. Our breads were barely toasted and our sandwiches were so messy.If I knew this was the service we were getting, I would have definitely left. Every question or request we asked was like asking the world of this lady. We initially apologized for coming in right before they were closing but, if she was going to treat us this way, she should have just said they were closed and refused service.If a manager is reading this, please retrain this lady. She should not be giving any kind of customer service with her attitude.
BLUF: Trash Customer Service.Is there a way to give this Subway a negative star or at least a half-star rating? This subway has one of the rudest and most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. Really don't care to deal with the attitude, since I deal with attitudes on a daily basis, as long as I get my food. If the manager of this establishment is reading this, please take necessary actions in correcting your staff's behavior, especially those who are were on shift today.Only upside to this place is I got food. That's about it.

Sorry tail subway. That’s all I have to say. Out of everything, skimps you out, sandwich messy asl. Ladies got a stank attitude. Line backed up through the shopette, and SLOW.
