Philly steak sandwich was awesome! Fries and wings were great, too. Everything is made fresh to order. I ga e a 3 on service because we were dining in, and the cashier didn't take either of our names, so as this was our first time there, and we were dining in, we didn't know she wasn't going to bring us our order.Otherwise the visit there was pretty good.

The food is great. My only issue is the cooks. Several times, I've ordered the Philly and would ask the girl at the cash register or even them directly to cut it in half. They told me there is a plastic knife in front. A plastic knife doesn't cut through that bread. I asked them for mayo packets because the girl in the register was in the back and they told me to wait for the girl to come back to the front. Mind you it was a slow day and they were just laughing it up on their phones. 5 stars of it wasn't for their attitude

Went there twice. Food was good both times and the condiments are plentiful. Both times I went the cashier or w.e was EXTREMELY slow and cannot talk above whisper volume while their is food loudly frying right behind her. The second time I went was the last time I'll go. I pre ordered online and arrived when they told me to. The store was empty and the cashier was sitting at a table on her phone. I saw a takeout container with a receipt on it behind the counter and figured it was mine since the store was empty. I had to go up to the lady and get her attention before she even realized i was in the store. I asked if my food was ready she verified my order and said it was still being cooked... Ok. Was supposed to be done 5 minutes ago and there's nobody cooking and nobody in here... maybe the wings are still frying or some shit. I sit down and wait for 10 minutes until she eventually got bored with playing on her phone and started walking towards the back at which point she stopped.. looked at my cold ass food sitting in the take out box and ASKED ME if it was mine... Yea I don't fucking work here that's kind of your job lady! We literally did the whole verify order thing 10 minutes ago. Any way she handed me a take out box full of cold fries/wings/ and Philly. Hope you enjoyed the cleanup, was probably the first time you had to do something all day :)

They move EXTREMELY SLOW in there. Everytime i come i have to wait 45+ minutes for 10 little chicken wings. The workers behind the counter see it’s a lot of people in the store yet they still continuously move like there’s no one in sight. The food is good but I would NOT recommend coming here if you don’t have a spare hour or two..

Me and my wife have been going here since we moved to fort valley a year ago. And I have never had a issue but me and my wife ordered wings today, and now we both have food poisoning.And my wife is currently pregnant with twins. Which has been a scare for us both since food poisoning can lead up to miscarriages.Don’t get me wrong the food has always been great, but we don’t believe they cooked the chicken long enough (since we did walk in when it was completely dead and ruined their “break”)So we will NOT be going back for a while..
