Ordered seafood platter had to ask for my drink they forgot ,got home to find that all I had was two pieces of fish on a bed of crunchies! Every time I go there it's always something . That was the last time for me! Close it!

They just throw your food any kind of way in the to go trays makes your food looks sloppy and makes you want to get your money back it dont be presentable

Hair in to go plate I vomited after I seen this Food was just okay And i got here at 8.45 and was told I couldn't eat in dining room because they close it at 9 pm I am a truck driver and like to get out of truck and sit and eat when I have time Instead of driving and eating I never really had an experience like this at capt d,s

My husband went inside and ordered 12 pieces of fish. He was charged 11.99 for 6 pieces, 6.58 for 2-1PC Fsh,12.38 for 2- 2PC Fsh.. The last 6 were 18.96. Does this make sense. Order number 0094. 12-14-24

Didn't get food because they never opened the door. Even after we called and they answered and said they were open at 11:07am. All the lights were out until the people inside watching us outside saw we were there. Then a young lady proceeded to step out to speak to friends or family and said to another patron "oh we're drive thru only." Poor customer service when you're doing everything, not to service your customers.

Got a catfish sandwich combo and I have had lots of wonderful fish sandwiches at Forsyth and Thomaston Captain D's and they were great but Fort Valley was a different story. They broke up pieces of one and it didn't even cover the bun. All others have had two full pieces of fish hanging out the ends. So very disappointed. My daughter worked at Captain D's many years ago and it is not what it was.
