It's a damn shame to have to wait for two non spicy orders. If you know you're getting Bluebird workers, cook extra chicken. District should be contacted. That's ridiculous
Bad customer service.. they where laughing when I asked a question about how many orders de lady in front of me had . The lady was rude and they where laughing in the back like it's not my business to know how long it's going to take for her to order multiple orders... Rude to laugh and they should do better when questions are asked
First time visit. It's been probably 20 years since I've been to a Church's and back then it wasn't called Texas chicken. Going through the drive thru, the order taker and I had a hard time hearing each other so she said pull up to the window. I did that but then they didn't have a menu board to order from. I ended up getting chicken strips, fries and a biscuit with no drink but it was more expensive than if I were to have ordered the combo meal with a drink. They also give a military discount (thank you) but I didn't know until after the order was placed unfortunately. The order taker at the window was very friendly. The chicken strips here are a bit different than other places so it was a nice change. The biscuits were very good too. It seemed to me that the only white meat chicken here are the strips.
Great place for chicken
Even though they were short staffed, they were still nice and patient. The experienced was not what is expect considering how busy they were.

Was going to spend $40 on dinner for my friends and I.
Told twice ,"I'll be right with you sir". 10 minutes later still standing in line. No one behind me. So I said I'll go somewhere else.....Then someone else said ," Sir come back. I'll take your order". I said no thank you and left.
