I had the catfish platter(whole catfish ) and they were overcooked and dried out. The rest of our group had the catfish filets and said that they were very good. The service was excellent. I plan on going back at sometime and trying other menu items.
Food was great, as always. Our server was incredible, don't remember her name. The only advice I can give people is to go before Saturday night. Less chance of them being out of items. By Saturday, they start running out of items, since it is the last work day for weeks, normally.
Visited the restaurant for the first time this past Saturday. The food comes out hot and in a timely manner, the staff are friendly and Miss Dot makes you feel like family. The hush puppies are the best I've ever had and the chicken tenders were outstanding! I live 2 + hours away but it is well worth a day trip.
