Lady taking my order didn’t even let me order my side. My husband order tenders and got no sauce. I ordered Diet Coke and they gave me regular…I’m diabetic. This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had here.

Today is June 27 2021 everytime I go to KFC in fort valley Georgia they have bad customer service they always close 30 minutes early they also stop cooking food early they try to offer you old dried out food in place of what you ordered because they stop cooking food early and they always run out of food the KFC in Fort Valley Ga is the worst you would think they would do things the right way considering they don't get a lot of business but that's probably why BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE corporate should consider going to that restaurant.

Took us 20 minutes in line. They never have anything ready. They didn't have chicken tenders and the staff is horrible.
Order 16 piece family meal with 4 sides from them from doordash. I received 3 sides and 12 pieces of chicken 5 of them were wings. They were dry and tasteless. I tried to call them for hours and no answer. Stay away!
