They take forever every single time you go there .. they make you wait on the side for something as little as a drink. Curb side is the worst they’ll have you waiting for 10-15mins and very very over priced compared to other McDonald’s

Poor or non existent service is the major issue. You could easily walk in and wait ten minutes at the unwatched counter while employees clocking out or on break walk by you. The food was good quality compared to other chains and the kitchen appeared clean. Just the occasional haphazard burger assembly McDonald’s is known for. The front side was clean. The orders are slow and miss managed, overall it could be a great location with more or better leadership. The manager on duty was very helpful but appeared overworked.

I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken combo and there was a glob of mayonnaise on one side of the bun , literally on the outside of it . Fries were cold . Do better during busy times. Rediculous!

The food and stuff was fine but whoever is on the drive through speaker was rude as hell and he had a nasty attitude with dirty finger nails. I completely understand at certain times employees can become frustrated due to it being busy but from when we pulled up he didn’t say hello or nothing he said “wassup” and proceeded to take our order with a attitude.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered breakfast for my family, I requested a side of gravey. Got my food after a almost 20 minute wait and was missing my side of gravey. Politely asked for our straws and my missing gravey and was met with a nasty attitude saying they don't have gravey. I asked if would be refunded and the manager very rudely said no that ain't her problem and the kiosk company would have to be contacted. Manager definitely needs some customer service training.
