This location is always skimp on ingredients, the bread over cooked and chewy. Literally the worst subway that I have been to ever. I called and asked to speak to a manager after opening up my sandwich and see it so bare with missing ingredients. When I asked for a manager I was told they had just left for the day, and they are low on supplies. I get that is not the fault of the workers, but why are customers having to pay for empty sandwiches due to supply??

Them Turds at subway just pissed me off🙄. First of all no greeting and both employees are sitting at tables one in the middle and one at the window,( I assume they were on lunch break) but you stated that “before you order we are all out of American cheese, Turkey and ham” I ordered a tuna on Ghost pepper. Her: the bread is really hard. Me: what bread is soft? Her: pointing to the oven Me:😐 Italian herbs Her: what kind of cheese? Me: provolone Her: we don’t have it Me: you said when I walked in that you were out of American cheese Her: Well, we only have pepper jack Me: okay I’ll take that Her: you want your bread toasted Me: not with the tuna on it, I want the tuna cold. 🫥i watched her scrape the yuna off, from what i could see🫥 you know they have that cyber truck hood on the meats now.🙄 Her: what you want Me: spinach Her: what else? Me: more spinach Her: what else? Me: black olives Her: what else? Me: mayo, cucumbers and salt and pepper Her: what else? 😤this lil girl asked me what else a million times, she was clearly rushing😠 Me: thats it Her: cash or card Me: card, im sorry for interrupting your lunch. Her: oh you fine. Hands me my cup. 😩 i proceed to fix my lemonade, yall its sputtering like a gremlin Needing an oil change. I tasted it. Nastyyyy Me: your lemonade is out, can i just get a bottle? Her: asking the older lady: she said yhe lemonade is out can she have a bottle? Other lady: (acting like she didn’t hear her) what? Oh that’s gonna be a dollar and 50 cents more. Me: can you go change your lemonade then? You’re out. Other lady: we dont have anymore. Me: 😡y’all must be about to close? (I threw the cup in the trash) Every time I come here y’all out of something. Now i see why yall have so many bad reviews and y’all rude. JUST PLAIN OUT RUDE. I just paid my money and yall out of stuff😡 Them: just looking clueless.

I’d say the average rating on google maps is accurate. It’s overall mediocre. Subways could be fresher. The service could be friendlier. The atmosphere could be nicer

I placed a mobile order and after placing the order I realized my car wouldn’t start. I called them several times that day and the next to let someone know what happened. No on ever answered the phone and according to the manager she was there all day so I’m confused on why no one was able to answer the phone but to the point I went in today to let them know cus I just was able to get up there to talk to them in person since no on answers the phone there and I spoke w the manager and she was not helpful at all. She said it had nothing to do with her and she couldn’t help me. And come to find out they have my food away to someone else. They would not refund me nor replace the food they mistakenly gave away. Fort Valley subway hasn’t ever really been that great it I was more disappointed today than I have ever been. Pls do expect good customer service cus you will not receive it.

Just picked up food. The young man inside was amazing he had Really good charisma butManager standing over his shoulder the entire time. He did his best to make our sandwit is the way we wanted them. But she wasn't having it. Didn't tip on the register Because I wanted to give him cash .....came back in with the tip Money, which, by the way, was a 50% tip because of how Hard he worked! I was told to immediately put it in the tip jar that he was not allowed to take. We'll never go back to this subway again
