staff extremely unprofessional too busy gossiping about a potential fight and the crew's dating dynamics... something about a 17 year old dating a 20 year old and something abt the crew wanting to fight a manager??. The cashier even had her mother on speaker discussing the potential fight. While I waited for my order they continued their inappropriate conversation every other sentence laced w profanity the crew couldn't care less abt guest. The only person on task was the guy fixing the food. I was charged for menu items that weren't available they knew it was out of stock but refused to refund/ accommodate me. The drink machined had a dirty bucket catching ice chips and when I asked for a drink from the machine behind the register the red head cashier instructed to move the heavy bucket and fix my drink none the less 0/10 would not recommend.

I don’t like to leave negative feedback, but this Taco Bell location is the absolute slowest location that I’ve ever been to. Not just once, but every single time I come! Really frustrating!

Great place for a 30 minute lunch break

Probably one of the worst Taco Bells you can visit. Food is terrible. Service is awful. There is zero care put towards preparing the food at this location. It has been this way for years. Don't waste your time or money as i have.

Peach County Family Connection (Felton)

It was a Friday evening and I, ordered the Chalupa Combo with seasoned ground beef. It was prepared with chicken. I live 2 counties away and didn't learn of this until I got home. I called back and the guy who answered the phone apologized and asked if I could return for a correction. Living 36 miles away I told him I would not be back in Fort Valley, GA until next week. He then stated no problem took my name and stated he was placing it on the manager's board. Today (7/24/2024) I returned to the store where I was heckled by the manager, Jassmine, who was unapproachable once she did become involved stating to me I needed to produce the food from last week or a receipt. Where is the honor system of my name being placed on the manager's board for the error that they made, and for it to be rectified upon my return next week. I have lost my hard earned money after a long day's work, was met with complete disregard as a paying customer. Had it been expressed over the phone then that I needed to hold on to the food or receipt after making the report then I would have brought whatever would have been requested with me upon my return. I'm tired poor service and will write a review moving forward for any place that I patronize that doesn't meet the standard. The same will be done of course for those providing exceptional service as well.

Multiple issues every time I have ever gone to this location. I work nearby and every single time I go with a coworker they miss my orders, close early for no reason, have attitudes for reasons beyond my knowledge.

Last time we went in and stood at the counter and waited for around 8 minutes for someone to take our order. Around 4 employees saw us standing there and ignored us and kept their distance from the counter. Eventually when they saw we weren't leaving one rude employee walked up to the counter and finally said "we ain't open for dine in, you'll have to go through the drive thru." Where was that knowledge while we were waiting on lunch break? So then we had to wait AGAIN but in the drive through this time. Never ever going again. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

wish i was able to rate the food but it’s 12pm on a sunday and the taco bell is closed, no sign up no nothing. the online spot says it’s open so if nobody decides to show up for work or something goes wrong then they should put a sign up and make customers aware.
