We stop by your restaurant for a menu today. Placed a order at the drive thru; at the cashier window we asked about a receipt for our order. The worker and the manager on shift today 7 pm stated, we don't have nor can we get you a receipt. After hearing this, we stated that's not Corporate rule.
This place is a bad place to do business with...no customer service
So unprofessional

I just literally left this establishment there is a young lady working at the window and she played with her nose piercing the whole time I was waiting for my order it just threw me off I think it's tacky and unsanitary amongst a few other things this young lady are fixing drinks putting the tops on people cups and don't have a care in the world I'm not a rude person so I didn't say anything but she needs instructions on cleanliness it was just not a good look thank God she doesn't actually fix the food at least she wasn't today but she may be a rotator and that's scary I looked at the time when I pulled to that second window it was 5:02 p.m. today is Friday January 31st 2025

Perfectly average Wendy’s, got one order wrong the first time and corrected it promptly, the place was clean and neat and restrooms were in good order.

Got the best chili next to homemade chili and nuggets. Great for any season and perfect for the winter. I like that they stay innovative with new drinks and meals periodically.

I usually make my own salad but today I gave Wendy's a try EPIC FAIL. Pecan Chicken Salad. The chicken was hard and brown like they made it last week. Customer Service was awful. Took it back and got my refund. Never again!!

These people need some serious customer service skills. It’s pretty sad when your customer has to do all of the communicating and you still don’t speak. I had to ask for a receipt at the second window because not only did the girl not tell me over the speaker, she also didn’t tell me at the window nor did she say anything at all. People like this DO NOT need to be in customer service!!
