I usually make my own salad but today I gave Wendy's a try EPIC FAIL. Pecan Chicken Salad. The chicken was hard and brown like they made it last week. Customer Service was awful. Took it back and got my refund. Never again!!

These people need some serious customer service skills. It’s pretty sad when your customer has to do all of the communicating and you still don’t speak. I had to ask for a receipt at the second window because not only did the girl not tell me over the speaker, she also didn’t tell me at the window nor did she say anything at all. People like this DO NOT need to be in customer service!!

Got breakfast here, it was hot and fresh and it was good. I got one of those caramel iced coffees but there was not enough of the syrup in it, it was SUPER bitter. Overall pleasant experience.
