I ordered an online order and went to pick up my order. I had gotten a large meal which included a large fry and large Coke. When I got home from picking up I saw that I in fact did not get a large fry. They gave me a large hash brown and didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know they were out of fries. I don’t eat hashbrowns so that was just wasted money. They also didn’t read the request on my burger and kept the onions on it after I even put extra notes stating that I didn’t want onions. They have no regard for their customers. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Gave me the wrong food and I wasn't aware of it till I was 25 miles away. The service is good and this was the first time they got my food wrong. Usually a great place to grab breakfast. We are human and humans make mistakes. I will definitely go back.

The past three times I have been, my order has been botched. This time was the icing on the cake, I ordered a 10 pc tender with the chicken dipping sauce and added ranch as well, I also ordered two apple turnovers. Got home and opened our bag to find no chicken dipping sauce and no apple turnovers even though they were on the receipt and was charged for them. Not to mention, we had to wait for the tenders to cook, so there was extra time, and the order was still completely messed up. Will not return due to four consecutive terrible experiences.

Came to Hardee’s today after leaving the car show in Franklin , they gave away my dad’s food at the drive thru & didn’t want to remake his order . After he said well at this point it should be free the lady said excuse me sir no it ain’t gonna be free ( rolling her head ) he didn’t care he just wanted his $14 burger he just purchase not to mention I spent $60 on top of that meal … she told HIM TO GET OUT OF HER STORE ! All he wanted was his money or his food … very rude ! She did finally give him his money back after he caused a scene ! I apologized to the only one other family eating there because we had to get rude back with the staff… I highly DONT recommend this Hardee’s unless they find someone to replace the rude lady ( in black ) so I’m guessing she’s a manger … they also had no lids for small cups ( and wanted to upcharge for a large ). I understand it’s Hardee’s and I understand mistakes happen but the way she popped her mouth off was uncalled for ! I didn’t get her name. I don’t care to get her name … or the two younger boys . ( the guy who took our order thank you for being respectful & not popping an attitude when we asked could you tell them what our order was because you didn’t hand him a receipt ) but wish you would of spoke up sooner because you also told him you were headed up to get his food &sat down because they wouldn’t remake it .. Hardee’s in Franklin Ga .
Kid-friendliness: 2 high chairs for families if needed. Just a normal fast food place with nothing specific towards kids.

This Hardee's restaurant in Franklin Georgia is outstanding by far The floors are clean the people are sweet and nice and treat you like part of the family so I recommend this heart is to the entire world if you can travel here. Thank you so much for having this Hardee's in Franklin Georgia :-)
Parking: In the parking at Hardee's it is wide open spaces so there's plenty of room to park an easy access to the door.
Kid-friendliness: They have kid menus called Star pals and your children would really enjoy these meals at Hardee's I recommend it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from parking up the wheelchair ramp right to the front door. So anyone in the wheelchair will not have any complaints.

We were the only ones in the restaurant and it was disgusting. Food on the floor just about every table was dirty. Tea taste luje water sprite also taste like carbonated water. No napkins no where I asked the lady behind the counter she gave me all drivecthru had which was 3. Needed salt & pepper the container was almost empty & no pepper. Fries were old & cold. Very disappointed
