I had asked the cashier for an egg and a chicken biscuit. I was rung up for two eggs and a biscuit even though I told her one(multiple times)I didn’t receive a receipt.

Connie and the whole team at Hardee’s are amazing! Connie runs the restaurant with such professionalism and kindness, and you can tell she truly cares about both her staff and the customers. Every time I come in, the service is fast, the food is fresh, and everyone is friendly. It’s clear the team works well together and takes pride in what they do. Order a 5 piece chicken tenders only received 3 but they charge me for the 5 piece and the tenders were very small and dry. I will not be going back so they can rip me off again.

I know hardees is really only a place we like to get breakfast at as georgians because the lunch and dinner menu is likely to give you an upset stomach but sadly this hardees is having some serious employee and logistic issues and management/ownership needs to correct it fast or franklin will only have mexican and pizza restaurants soon

I ordered an online order and went to pick up my order. I had gotten a large meal which included a large fry and large Coke. When I got home from picking up I saw that I in fact did not get a large fry. They gave me a large hash brown and didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know they were out of fries. I don’t eat hashbrowns so that was just wasted money. They also didn’t read the request on my burger and kept the onions on it after I even put extra notes stating that I didn’t want onions. They have no regard for their customers. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone
