Have I found a delectable destination for you! The Hog Wallar Cafe is off the beaten path in Centralhatchee GA, but worth every mile getting there. These folks at the Cafe are no passing fantasy or drive-by. My friend thoroughly enjoyed his BBQ Pork meal but what set the course above all in taste and quality was when he started chowing down on my perfectly fried Catfish Strips (a squeeze of lemon will do ya), Hushpuppies to die for, and the best tasting crisp Onion Rings I have...

Excellent experience - great food and nice people.
This restaurant is a prime example for two key things - local restaurants being great and keeping menus simple. They have a small but reasonable menu and do everything very well. It was such a delight to have lunch here today.
