First time eating here since moving to the area and the food & atmosphere was amazing! The owners came and introduced themselves and made us feel right at home. Will definitely be back!

They update their menu for in the restaurant but not online. The girl I spoke with had nothing but attitude and that right there is why I’ll NEVER go back unless they can learn how to treat customers!

Seems like a neat place. The food certainly looks nice in the pictures. I would have loved to have tried it. We were seated at ~6:35 and walked out at ~7:25 without having received our order. We were told the delay was because there was a big table. There wasn't. It wasn't busy at all.

Parking was trouble because people were parking like they were already drunk. That's not on the restaurant, but keep it in mind.

This is a great restaurant! The fried shrimp is huge and fried to perfection! Our server was very attentive and made our experience awesome! Loved the music played during dinner!

Food was pretty good, just not digging the vibe in this place at all. Pictures make it look a little nicer than it is. Kind of has a VFW vibe. Service wasn’t great for how small the place is, you'll have to flag down the staff to get refills or to get your ticket, you'll be done with your food before getting the opportunity to ask for sauce or condiments. Probably not a place I would frequent, though it may be the best food option in the small town of Franklin.

Owner not doing themselves any favors with the hostile responses. Zero chance I'd give this place a 2nd chance after reading the owners plethora of childish responses to reviews.

This place has so much potential if the staff could get out of their own way...very rude and no respect for each other from the top down ....so much discord between them. No one is happy and it shows.

Went to max place in franklin ga Friday nite (last nite) waited for about 10 minutes to be seated.Waited about 15 minutes for a server to come over ,another 10 minutes before the drinks came and made 2 trios for that.oredered appetizers that didn't come fir about 20 minutes and had to find the server to check on them. THE real food came about 10 minutes after appetizers .Appetizers were the only hot food Had to send steak back to kitchen. Too pink Then came back a little burned on edges and a little tough.Baked potato was hard .All the food had been sitting already cooked for a bit chz it was only Luke warm .So needless to say we left half the food on table as we as another table I saw full of food. And 2 kids were playing in aisle way going to bathrooms As we were leaving the little girl was lying on the floor in front of counter where a person stands to be seated..Rude ! And the kicker to this story is that they weren't even busy .the server blamed it on young school kids working in kitchen
