Takes forever to get someone at the front counter just to order and then when you try to get someone to come take your order you get attitude and glared at, hire more people do better!

Great place to eat, I feel it's underrated and needs to open sooner for the airborne to eat in the morning, open around 7am would boost people to come get it cause most places open at 9am which is kinda late for breakfast

I decided to try their cheeseburger, and it wasn't good. Maybe the worst fast food chain cheeseburger I've ever had, and I've had a lot! It was slopped together and just didn't taste good. In fairness to the Arby's chain, this location's curly fries were not very good either, had an off smell like old grease or something. And I normally like Arby's curly fries.
I did not finish the meal, which never happens to me. I decided to write off the $12.48 I spent on the meal and eat again elsewhere.

From by fast 2 experiences: 1. (First time date don’t remember) Service was fast by the food was burnt. They used burnt oil to cook the fried they smelled bad and black stuff all over them. 2. (1/31/25)When I arrived know one was up front the employees was in the back talking (should have been my warning sign) after about 3-5 minutes the cashier came to the front but was rude (like she didn’t have time to do her job). Service was slow, asked about a milkshake and she said the milkshake machine was broken and said it had been broken for 2 - 2 1/2 years. Which I know was wrong because I’ve ordered one before. Food and drinks were not that good.
You need to hire more people for this location. It took me about a half an hour in the drive thru. It’s not fair to the employees to have to deal with drive thru and lobby with only one person working. As a cooperation like Arby’s, it’s completely unacceptable for customers and completely unethical for the the employees.

Only thing hot was the attitude from the lady who seemed bothered we were there. Asking for some Arby's sause to go with an Arby's sandwich will get you looked at like you just punched a baby. I guess thats what you can expect from AAFES.
