Haven’t had Arby’s in years, but rather enjoyed the quality of this place. Can be a little slow during rushes due to short staffing.

Awful service! Please realize you are serving the best customers in the world and if you can't treat them that way, then get a job off post. Employee did not have a professional appearance, the lady taking orders at the front register was cleaning and had a bucket of dirty water she put next to people's orders. Was never greeted when I walked up, no napkins in the bag and none in the dining area. Definitely not what I expected to be serving our Soldiers. Fort Benning, please look into this and take pride on serving our Soldiers. Hopefully this is the right location (Arby's next to Airborne School).

They assume I can only count to four apparently. But I know that wasn't eight wings and they also sucked. Caramel shake tasted like horchata, not bad. Besides that, they need to mop the floor with floor cleaner and not just water. It was sticky. Pro tip, just water will spread the mess around. Learn to mop. Life skills are lacking here. Maybe they use the same mop water over and over, IDK, but my shoes seriously nearly stuck to the floor and stayed there. Come on.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through. The cashier said my card declined, I checked it on the spot and there was plenty money in the account. I ordered the chicken fingers and they were obviously left over from last night being that they just recently opened. I waited another ten minutes in the line to replace my food and the older lady working the window had a very nasty attitude as if it were my fault that they served me old food. This is one of the worst Arby's I've ever been to and I probably will give the entire chain a break for a while due to the horrible service I received at the Fort Benning location! If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Thanks for ruining my morning.

Consistent errors in ordering. Every time I go here, they jack my order up. Today, I ordered double meat, yet there was less than what a standard sandwich comes with. They are usually fast, but it’s a get what you get type service.
