Stood at the counter for 10 min before anyone even asked to serve me but they were all standing around talking amongst each other

I waited in line for 20 minutes and left without ordering anything. People behind the counter are more concerned with talking to the other employees than serving customers. Do not stop here

This place sucks, my 71 year old dad went this morning threw the drive thru, ended up having to go inside, One workers says dont bother me im off the clock, several others walked by without even asking if he needed anything. Needless to say he walked out without his breakfast. Told them they could have that 5 dollars. He would never be back. This place is a literal nightmare.

Wife got an order for me; the burger was just about flavorless, the fries weren't fully cooked, and the sweet tea was scared by sugar (might as well have been unsweet.

It would seem that the other reviews were true; skip this place if you want something worth having.

Ordered on door dash my double Mushroom came as a single no fries with my combo . My 5 pc TENDERS look like nuggets tasted like old grease. Won't make that mistake agian .

Ive been there 3 time this year and each time they are way behind. First time i paid cash and they had to wait for the manager to come unlock the drawer which took a long time because they were doing the work of 3 people. Second time, i ordered a chicken biscuit combo and i guess they had to go kill a chicken and make it from scratch, cars piling up behind me. Third time, i had a “big” order, 6 sausage biscuits and chicken biscuit combo. I was told i had to come inside for anything over 5 so i go in and order. 3 people are working, night shift girl who was ready to get out of there and let everyone know, and two other employees. After about 15 minutes the manager shows up for her shift. I guess some others called out for the day so they were going to be short handed, night shift girl let her know… still waiting for my “big” order, mind you its the simplest biscuits on the menu, about 20 minuets into waiting i hear the manager tell the lady to bump my order off the screen. Im thinking to myself great now they aint going to know what i ordered. Sure enough, after 30 minuets of waiting my order is ready. What did they forget? Hashbrowns and cheese on the chicken biscuit. Lady says, oh you ordered hashbrowns too? Probably would have known if you hadnt been told to bump the order. Im surprised they suck so bad being attached to a loves, i cant imagine truck drivers putting up with that kind of service.

Twice now I've dropped in to grab a quick breakfast on my way to work. Google says they're not open, even though they are. I'm always restricted on time but they take my order and deliver it all within a 5 minute window. This is before 6 am so I think they're doing great. They are always polite and attentive. I pulled up at about 10:45 and was told I had to come back at 11:30 because they were in the middle of shift change. How does it take that long to do shift change?? This is not the first incident this has happened. And when I am able to order it usually takes about 20 minutes just to get my food even though I’m the only one in the drive thru.

The worst customer service !!! They always out of chicken tenders. The staff can be so rude.
