Holy Pie! Pizzeria - Dean Forest

Very nice team, I messed my order up online and when I arrived they helped sort it all out and reassured me. Don’t ever get that at other corporate locations and so it feels great to be helped out and taken care of from when there are multiple franchises. Strictly due to the hospitality, they’ll have my business again. The girls there are the friendliest!

I give it 10 out of 10

The meatball sub is great! Always stop here for one when I’m in the neighborhood.

I have to admit it was very good pizza Excellent hand toss crust.

Something happened to the quality food and service they used to have. My LAST order was some of the worst food I’ve have had since being in Savannah. Just threw away about 70$ worth of food.

I respect these guys a lot for handling their delivery IN HOUSE. They don’t pawn it off to third party delivery services that will screw you over and not be held accountable. They’re going against the grain compared to a lot of other pizza places I won’t mention here

Their drivers are always considerate and professional, and you can tell it’s very important to them that you are satisfied with their product and service

I always love eating here! Their calzones are the best!!! And omg the cheesecake Stromboli 😍 😋.... ordered delivery for lunch around 11 am since I was being lazy, eta for delivery was roughly 12 at 11:30ish Echo pulled in and handed me my delicious smelling fresh food. Perfectly sized for 2 meals

Updated Reply to owner… so, if I want to receive the pepperoni pizza you picture on your menu then I’ll need to “customize it”. Got it. Below compare what I received (not cheesy) vs what you advertise (very cheesy).

IMO. Pizza was beautiful to look at but with first bite I quickly realized it had sooo. very. little. cheese and could not taste sauce. Disappointed.

There were a few small tables, but the food came out in to go boxes. Would’ve liked a plate. Pizza was tasty though.

Very disappointed this time. Usually have a great experience. Ordered the Family Special and didn't get the pasta I ordered. When I picked up my order, I had to ask for the salad, which they forgot and I asked if the pasta was there and the girl said yes. My bad for not checking myself. I went back and 6 workers were standing around behind the counter. One guy said "Oh yeah, I forgot to make it." I didn't have time to wait so was offered a $5 credit and told if I didn't use it in 30 days it would expire. Very disappointed as we order quite often and never had such poor customer service.
