This is the worse sub I have ever had the lady was rude she was just throwing topping on sandwich I was a manager of a subway an the portions of meat was small that location just sucked so bad sad I have to drive 2 Mike's to get subway when there is on less than an 8th of a mile from me

This location and customer service was absolutely horrid. The employee that works at is establishment is constantly rude consistently raising her voice an openly making mistakes as if no one can see what she's obviously doing. The employee was attempting to force me and another customer who came in 5 minutes later to pay for our food first without even having a guaranteed way to accept my payment. She wanted me to go out of the way to give her cash for some strange reason instead of just using my card like I always do. If I can get this Subway -5 Stars I would.

Don’t eat here. The short Indian employee that was there got mad because I asked for fresh vegetables knowing damn well by looking at what she had was out since they opened and not only that, she was too sorry to refill. That incompetent female with no name tag lucky for her started throwing my requested ingredients onto my sandwich and said we have no more vegetables so I was denied fresh ingredients for my food because this female was such a sorry excuse of an employee to do right and follow fda protocols. I know she makes her family so proud. Sike!

Worst Subway I've ever had. Ordered two subs and both were wrong, 1 of them horrifically so. Just look at this $12.99 footlong missing half of what I paid for. Absolutely ripped off.

23 Sep ‘24 5:30 pm. Online to go order was ready when promised and perfectly made. The windows and door needs a good cleaning but the inside counter and floor appeared clean. All Subways have that Subway smell but this one smelled especially strong, nose burning strong. The lady working wasn’t especially friendly.

I called to ask if they had the veg patty, was told I could call back n place an order, called back, he burped loud all in my ear, didn’t say excuse me, rudely told me I have to order online only (after he told me I could call right back to place the order), then hung up on my face while I was asking a question. They’ll NEVER get my business again. Just disgusting behavior.

Since when is a basic chicken footlong $15? Also had severe stomach pain about 30 min after eating. After eating my sub in store I went to the bathroom and there was 2 dead cockroaches on the floor.

I visited Savannah for my vacation. I had a chance to eat food at this place. It was an amazing experience. The staff is very nice and polite. The food item was very delicious. The staff helped me to put food in more quantity as I requested. I recommend this place for sure.

My husband just came from this location. Horrible customer service. There was only 2 customers including my husband. He was ignored the entire time he was in there. A third person walked in and skipped him so he walked out. Last week I attempted to get a sandwich from this location around 12:30pm(lunch time) and the front door was locked.
