Worst whopper and cheese! Bread taste old and was cold. When you pay $12 for whopper combo it should be right! Also was out of coke on fountain machine. Sad I love Burger King!

This is definitely the best Burger King I've been to so far, I stopped by last night and the young lady was so polite/professional and the food was on point definitely going back 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

It's imperative that management prioritize customer satisfaction by establishing clear expectations for employees regarding superior customer service, ambiance, and food quality. It has been a while since all three aspects were concurrently met. Frequently, significant delays are followed by inattention and a lack of greeting at the drive-thru, culminating in incorrect or incomplete orders and unresolved issues, resulting in negative customer experiences. Employee demeanor is often characterized by negativity or apathy, and management's failure to support customers in favor of employees exacerbates the problem.

I am disappointed and disgusted with the service the food all around pathetic just close the doors. I live close by so stopped by for two simple Whopper jr. the lettuce was the end piece just threw together my sandwich. A bunch of young ignorant workers close the doors or get rid of the entire team. It doesn’t matter what day or time you visit they food and service is Bad!!! Waste of time and money.

Let’s talk about the ENERGY Zamon served! Nothing like a pleasant experience at a fast food spot where most of the time the workers hate their job more than the American hearts & arteries hate their quality!! From the jump he gave quality service! Repeated the order & offered recommendations with my the throat in mind after consuming so much bread 🤣. I have lived out here for 2 yrs and I always hope in their competitors line where I sit for 20+ mins and get to the window & sit for another 20+ mins just to be greeted by vicious the wicked wbitchhh 😒… anywhooo, never will I ever I’ll come to BK where I Rule 👑 & get me friendly, humorous, customer service, with fresher food. Plus they even have quite the scenery while you wait for your food to be cool fresh. “I like that Boulder… now that’s a nicceee Boulder” Zamon 🫏. He did forget my condiments so I had to visit the big M but I guess I could have checked the bag before 💨 outta there . I’ll be back ✌🏾.. At least we got napkins 🤷🏾‍♀️ a win is a win 🙃

Burger King Store #17171 – A Disastrous Experience

My visit to Burger King at 1990 Grayson Hwy, Grayson, GA 30017 was absolutely horrific. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, I could tell this was going to be a problem. Despite there being no line, I was asked to wait, adding unnecessary delay to my visit.

When I finally received my food, I was beyond disappointed. The sandwich was cold, the ingredients were clearly not fresh, and the entire meal was unappetizing. The amount of mayo carelessly slapped onto the sandwich made it even worse, turning an already disappointing meal into something inedible. For a fast-food restaurant, the lack of quality and care was staggering.

I fully intend to review every restaurant that gives me garbage for my money, and this location is at the top of the list for one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Burger King. If this is how they choose to serve their customers, then they shouldn’t be in business. This location needs serious improvement or should close its doors immediately.

If you value your money, your time, and a decent meal, avoid this place at all costs.

I'm disgusted and appalled by my experience today and will not be returning. Today, (12/30/2024 at approximately 6:40 pm) I placed an order through the drive through. When I got to the front to pay, I noticed that the total I was given seemed higher than what I expected it to be. It took a few minutes to receive my food and when I checked the bag, I noticed that there was not a receipt. I asked the male who had provided the food for a receipt and noticed him looking about for a short while. I figured if he did not locate it, surely he would just re-print a copy. To my absolute disgust, he handed me the receipt crumpled up and in a few napkins (see attached photo). He had taken it from the TRASH can and handed it to me like it was nothing. He didn't care if someone spat in the trash can, if there was rotten food, etc. It didn't really hit me until I pulled off and was heading home. What happened to putting the receipt in the bag or asking the customer if they wanted a copy before assuming and throwing it in the trash?! I cannot believe he would stoop to the level of digging the receipt out of the trash can instead of re-printing the receipt. Apparently it was too much of an inconvenience to simply ask someone to help him with this in the event that he did not know how to do so. It was not like they were super busy, I glanced behind me as I was waiting and there was only one other car in the drive through. I will never dine at this restaurant again.

This was one of the cleanest, friendliest Burger King restaurants I may have ever been to.
My order was accurate and delicious. The rest room was clean.
There was a staff member greeting folks and cleaning anything and everything and even held the door for an elderly patron.
I dined in but ordered a shake to go. I wanted to add chocolate to the oreo shake and the staff member did not hesitate and checked to make sure it was correct.
This Burger King sets the bar very high with a hard working staff.
I will return my business and will recommend this restaurant as well.

The cherry on top was when I was told my debit card did not cover the total cost and I was asked for additional funds. I gave a $5 but asked for clarification. The clerk advised the breakdown would be in my receipt. Guess what it didn’t, the total cost is what was charged on my card. The additional funds I gave were not towards my meal so in my eyes I’m out money. Don’t trust this location.
