I paid over $15 for a bowl, the person that fixed my food barely give me enough to fill the bowl & the food was horrible!! Bad location!!

Placed a delivery order And it came with no meat at all. In the store doesn’t answer the phone nor can you speak to a live person in customer service what am I supposed to do with this?

We just constantly have issues with this location. Last time we got soggy tacos, today, to avoid soggy tacos, we tried to order our tacos with the items on the side. The supervisor onsite said it was a policy that she could not do that. Really? The kids meal tacos are literally made with the ingredients on the side! So we bought a bowl and paid extra for the shells, this is really ridiculous.
Also, many times many of the workers do not speak English making communication difficult sometimes when asking questions.
Chipotle overall used to have really great service, this location does not reflect that at all. We’ll use the Loganville location from now on.

this is the absolute worst Chipotle I've ever been in!! The food was extremely salty the staff were eating and having a good time leaving customers waiting. The young lady was making my salad, with a mouth full of food, try to eat and serve me at the same time. Smh... I'm never coming back

Disgustingly dirty. Workers sat down and talked while a line formed. No one addressed or greeted us. No one came to help for 10 minutes. They didn’t have the drink station set up. There was cheese in the guac, sour cream in the salsa, etc. food all over the counters. There were open liquids throughout the kitchen and dirty gloves on the kitchen counter. Horrible experience. Highly disappointed.

Should’ve known this place was a dump when there was no line at 11:45am. All the employees were in the dining area eating. One of them actually got up to take my order. Most ingredients were at the bottom instead of filled to the rim with toppings. There were no onions and peppers. I ask them when they were going to have them? She said soon. I said I’ll wait. She immediately found the ingredients 🙄. Yet the onions and peppers were all gooey and not al dente. I was hungry but I will never go here again.

I was skeptical coming to this location based on the reviews. Maybe they have revamped their team ? They have a 100 health score and the drink area appeared to be clean when I looked. The staff was friendly and informed me if the it would cost me extra for adding more of an item.

I do love Chipotle's and I don't really like to complain, but the meat serving is ridiculous. I questioned the server if that was a serving, he said yes. I asked what is the serving size and he didn't have any idea. I mean there isn't even any standard. At the end of the line I asked to speak to the manager, because it was so ridiculous. She listened and just said okay. Then turned away without even looking at me again. She didn't even try to see if maybe there was anything odd. It was over $11 and it was the smallest amount of meat. Sadly, I won't be back because it is a rip off.
