Overall this Dairy Queen is nice. I don’t come by very often but when I do it’s always good. Little overpriced for some of the portion sizes in my opinion but overall this is a great place to eat.

The french fries are always hard and never freshly dropped.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dairy Queen on Grayson Highway.

My wife went through the drive-through and placed our order. She clearly stated the order, verified it, and specifically asked the employee to confirm that the Brownie Cupfection was included. The employee confirmed that it was.

When my wife pulled up to the window to pay, she was handed everything except the Brownie Cupfection. When my wife pointed this out, the employee told her that she “didn’t order it,” even though my wife had already confirmed it verbally. The employee then told her she would have to either come inside or go back through the drive-through again, despite the fact that my wife was the only person in line.

My wife refused, and the employee responded by closing the window on her and walking away.

On top of that, when I attempted to pay with our card, the terminal required a PIN. The employee apparently did not notice this and immediately said the card “didn’t go through.” We calmly asked her to verify the payment because the card requires a PIN. Instead of checking, she asked if we wanted to use another card. When we said no and asked her to recheck the same card, she gave attitude, shrugged us off, and continued blaming my wife for the situation.

There was no professionalism, accountability, or basic customer service throughout this interaction. I went inside to ask for a manager and was told there was no manager on staff. Another employee was working in the back, but she did not want us to speak with him.

This entire experience was unnecessary and frustrating. All we were trying to do was order food. The dismissive attitude, refusal to take responsibility, and rudeness were unacceptable.

My wife ended up leaving, and I had to come inside myself to try to resolve the situation. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had, and it needs to be addressed.

I was the ONLY customer there at the time and it took 12 minutes to get my food. Also, the employees were parked in the front two most convenient parking spaces closest to door with one of them in a handicapped space. Very poor management.

Door was locked even after opening time, had to wait for them to unlock it. Service was fine. Food was as expected. No complaints. Price for the specials were good, normal prices seemed a little high.

I went to get three large oreo blizzards tonight and once we got half way down it was vanilla ice cream. I would advise people to just get a regular or none at all. Stop being so cheap to customers. Noone came in and asked for anythingn free. The more you cut corners the faster your business will continue to decline. Its too much competition to do stuff like this. Berens and Brusters are too close to this location to play these games with people's money.

I decided to stop at DQ because it was nice and sunny out (even though rain was expected) and just grab a few bites to eat. I must say this is the best DQ I’ve been in. Both workers were amazing. They took my order and never hesitated to provide me with what I asked. I will make it my duty to go out of my way and stop here because it was an amazing experience.

I am not sure why they gave me chocolate ice cream in my blizzard I literally said vanilla to the guy but I'm not eating this crap so I'll be back tomorrow to have them fix it and give me the correct blizzard I paid for. Very annoying that was my dessert and they ruined it.

Small portions for high prices. Charge almost a dollar for nuts on a sundae that should already have it. Icecream is melted when they give to you.

100 degrees inside. Employees looked as if they were about to pass out. Close this business already. First visit...won't be back. Disgusting!!!

The lobby was hot, the service was lackluster and the food wasn’t as fresh as I would have liked. I asked for the AC to be kicked on, they said it would and it never changed temp.

I stopped by this Dairy Queen recently and the staff were super friendly and patient even though it was busy. My order came out fresh, and the ice cream was just what I needed on a hot day. You can tell the team is working hard and doing their best. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Slow drive thru considering I was the only car there at the moment…. Also there was ONE piece of cheesecake in my Large NY Cheesecake blizzard… And the blizzard was very runny. Worst location i’ve ever been to. Never again.
