100 degrees inside. Employees looked as if they were about to pass out. Close this business already. First visit...won't be back. Disgusting!!!

The lobby was hot, the service was lackluster and the food wasn’t as fresh as I would have liked. I asked for the AC to be kicked on, they said it would and it never changed temp.

I stopped by this Dairy Queen recently and the staff were super friendly and patient even though it was busy. My order came out fresh, and the ice cream was just what I needed on a hot day. You can tell the team is working hard and doing their best. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Slow drive thru considering I was the only car there at the moment…. Also there was ONE piece of cheesecake in my Large NY Cheesecake blizzard… And the blizzard was very runny. Worst location i’ve ever been to. Never again.

Went through the drive thru to get ice cream, tried to use restroom but they put up fake out of order signs. Frustrating.

Roug dairy queen. The food was good but they won't accept diary queen app coupons/ discounts and they won't let customers use the bathrooms.... pretty sure that's not allowed for restrooms in food serving restaurants in America. Non of the staff had on a uniform, not a big deal but the whole experience just seemed off.

We ordered a medium blizzard. We were served what the Dairy Queen by our house calls a kiddie size blizzard. The cup was three quarters full.

Robot on the drive-through voice was super loud.

The human employee could barely be heard and was mumbling. That employee was clearly annoyed when we asked for her to speak up.

I'm glad other people have had a better experience than we did.

I am reviewing based on my last few trips.
The last drive thru trip, instead of the Heath Blizzard I ordered, I got Butterfinger.
My latest visit we all went inside to sit. To which I saw the shape the inside is in.
It was very warm, the drink station is literally “tilted”. The ceiling looks really bad. It does not appear to have any upkeep overall inside.
One person assigned to make our blizzards clearly has not yet had adequate training. To which she finally got assistance.
Probably will look for another location to visit.

I only had the vanilla ice cream but boy was that vanilla ice cream good, you can definitely tell the difference between low and high quality ice cream. In the customer service was decent but I wish they had more of an enthusiastic type of energy. If a customer sees that you're excited to be at work, then they'll be excited to be a customer.
