I have stopped ordering from Domino’s for awhile now because the food is always not up to par. However, my son just keeps requesting it. This is tonight’s order. Why do we have to slice our own pizza? Is this a new thing? Get it together.

Ordered 42.00 bucks worth of pizza and did not get what I ordered. I Followed the delivery insurance to get 60points towards a free pizza. I don’t feel that is an adequate solution . so I called the store and Rachel answered she was completely uncaring of my frustration.. I told her that I want full refund. She said no because we ate the pizza. Well yeah we waited for over 30mins for it and my kids were hungry. I am not going to not let them eat. She said they could remake the pizza now. I said no I don’t want to wait for more pizza now. She said she would give additional points but only after I threw a fit. She was not professional whatsoever.

I have ordered a pizza on Thursday and Sameer may a great piece for me and then I go in Friday to get a pizza and just for them to give my pizza to somebody else. I had to wait another 15 minutes and then not only wait another 15 minutes I get home. I had ordered an eight piece chicken wing and I open the box. It was three chocolate cakes Just to have to go back up there to take the cake back and not only that the pizza wasn’t the same. It was on Thursday and they all have very nasty attitudes and did not even accommodate me or anything from my time of waiting from the beginning and getting home and not have the right order, they did not accommodate me for my time because they gave my food to somebody else from the beginning and get home I have the wrong order

Even though my order had one thing wrong, I must say JAMES the manager stepped in to help me immediately rectified the situation. Thank you pizza was hot or came real fast.

I order here all the time and I called and spoke with skipper and the first time she was nice and apologized about my order and said I can get it replaced anytime because my food was burnt and cold… fast forward 2 weeks later I called back to get my order remade and spoke with skipper again, this time her attitude was rude and disgusting. She was adamant that she could only remake one pizza although I ordered 5 pizzas. When I asked to speak with the district manager she got snappy and told me she’s not going to give out his personal number. So I proceeded to ask her when does he come in so I can speak with him directly, she replied “i don’t know” and then hung up the phone on me. Very nasty attitude and I will be calling corporate.

TRASH!!!!! First they place my order then calls me 20 minutes later saying I'm out of there " delivery zone" when I live 5 minutes away from the store. Funny because my neighbor orders dominos all the time but I'm out of there "delivery zone"

This Domino's Pizza location is great. Nice people, fast service, and pizza is cooked just right! Keep up the great work, guys (includes both men & women who work there.) Much better pizza than Papa John's which is up the street. Zion was the gentleman who helped me at the takeout window. He was courteous, kind, nice, friendly, and provided excellent service which is hard to find these days! Thank you Zion for your service and kindness. See ya soon!

The past four times I've ordered it's been bad. Hardly any sauce or cheese. Do yourself a favor and drive further for a different dominoes.
I don’t usually rate or comment, but I have to say something. I observed a worker cough several times then prepare my pizza without washing her hands. Please let’s continue to be diligent about hand washing.

I ordered pizza and garlic Parmesan wings. The pizza was ok. The wings were rubbery and appears as though they just dumped the sauce on top. I contacted customer service but no one ever contacted me back so I won’t be back.

I don't know why they call their new pizza crust New York style because it's not at all. It was just like their regular kind, wasn't thin at all .

I’ve ordered from here before but this was my first time ordering a New York style pizza and it was bad, and very oily and messed my stomach up after 2 pieces. My stomach felt terrible I should have went with my first thought after seeing it was really oily and just took that $11 pizza back to them.
