First time ordering from Domino’s pizza in years! I decided to stop at the Grayson location and place a order. Mr. Brendon was very helpful and patient. I had a lot of questions about the different pizzas, pastas and ordering online. I noticed the store was very clean and well organized inside. I can’t wait to dive right into my famous Philly Cheesestake pizza from Domino’s! I heard the pasta are amazing too! Italian Mariana & Chicken Alfredo!

I ordered at 12:19. At 1:37 my food FINALLY showed up after calling the store. Except it wasn’t even what I ordered and I was missing food. When I called they acted like they couldn’t have cared less. They did refund me and gave me a $20 coupon, as if I’ll be ordering from them again. I’m very very unhappy. And hungry.

I have stopped ordering from Domino’s for awhile now because the food is always not up to par. However, my son just keeps requesting it. This is tonight’s order. Why do we have to slice our own pizza? Is this a new thing? Get it together.

Ordered 42.00 bucks worth of pizza and did not get what I ordered. I Followed the delivery insurance to get 60points towards a free pizza. I don’t feel that is an adequate solution . so I called the store and Rachel answered she was completely uncaring of my frustration.. I told her that I want full refund. She said no because we ate the pizza. Well yeah we waited for over 30mins for it and my kids were hungry. I am not going to not let them eat. She said they could remake the pizza now. I said no I don’t want to wait for more pizza now. She said she would give additional points but only after I threw a fit. She was not professional whatsoever.

I have ordered a pizza on Thursday and Sameer may a great piece for me and then I go in Friday to get a pizza and just for them to give my pizza to somebody else. I had to wait another 15 minutes and then not only wait another 15 minutes I get home. I had ordered an eight piece chicken wing and I open the box. It was three chocolate cakes Just to have to go back up there to take the cake back and not only that the pizza wasn’t the same. It was on Thursday and they all have very nasty attitudes and did not even accommodate me or anything from my time of waiting from the beginning and getting home and not have the right order, they did not accommodate me for my time because they gave my food to somebody else from the beginning and get home I have the wrong order
