For whatever reason... they struggle to comprehend a BLACK COFFEE with cream and Splenda on the side. Never fails. They add sweetener to black coffee if requested. Then upon adding the side items I originally requested I have triple the amount of sweetener I want. Had the BLACK COFFEE BEEN MADE BLACK with everything on the side. 😒😒😒 3 times now.

I order coffee from Dunkin regularly, hot coffee. But this time I was given hot BOILING coffee and burnt my lip and tongue. I have a blister on my lip already. I was refunded, but are you guys serious about selling goods, that can cause damage?

Didn't see what I wanted on the self-checkout kiosk. So I asked the blonde woman if she could take my order. She replied YOU DIDN'T SEE IT ON THE MENU? I say No. Then she says WELL ITSS THERE. I hate to deal with people with funky attitudes. Your job is to serve the customers, not talk down to them like they're your children.

Best service ever! The app glitched on me yesterday and didn't confirm my order. I was in a rush, so I decided to forego my coffee run for the day. Fast forward to this morning, and I see a charge did actually go through on the order in limbo. I went in and explained to the young lady at the counter, and she remade the drink for me! She remembered the order that never got picked up because it had actually gone through on their side. Customer service here never fails to put a smile on my face. 😊 It's the small things that can really turn your day around for the good. 😊

I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as I never expected to feel such disappointment from my favorite coffee shop, a place I have frequented daily for years. This establishment has always been my go-to spot for coffee, and I had always appreciated the atmosphere and service—until now.

Recently, while using the drive-through service, I encountered an incident that left me feeling disrespected and hurt. As I was pulling up to place my order, my son, who is autistic, was expressing himself in a way that is typical for him. Unfortunately, the representative at the front of the drive-through made an inappropriate comment suggesting that I should “control my kid.” And started to laugh.This statement was not only insensitive but also displayed a profound lack of understanding and empathy towards individuals with autism.

It is crucial for businesses to foster an inclusive environment where all customers feel welcome and respected. Autism is a developmental disorder that affects communication and behavior; it is not something that can be controlled or changed on command. The comment made by the staff member reflects a broader issue of misunderstanding surrounding autism spectrum disorders. People often do not realize how their words can impact others, especially when they lack knowledge about neurodiversity.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience at what has been my favorite coffee shop. It is essential for establishments like this to train their employees on how to interact with customers who may have children with special needs. A simple act of kindness and understanding could have made all the difference in this situation. Moving forward, I hope that they take steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and empathy.

I regularly order from here because it’s close to work. today my uber driver destroyed my food. I didn’t want a refund just my items. I came to the store and they made it right no questions asked and it’s really appreciated. I can tell they’re maybe short staffed and it’s extremely busy yet everything is quick and everyone is still friendly and kind. That’s hard to find nowadays. we all could be more patient and gracious.
