Been here two times so far and the drive thru service was reasonable for cooking fresh chicken and the meal was great tasting, The Box. Better than CFA tasting.

The young man who worked the register inside the restaurant tonight (Sunday, Nov. 10th) was excellent. We came in and ordered and sat down inside to eat. Very clean. The young man was sooo mannerable and sweet. Good came fresh and fast, he brought it to our table. Service with a smile, great food as always, worker with great attitude, and he kept the place so clean. Will definitely be back!!

The restaurant that inspired Zaxby's and Raising Canes. Better than them both in my opinion. Only down side is if you order online you can't pick it up in the drive-thru, they require you to come inside and sign for it. Great food.

I like their food but as a victim of identity theft who constantly has my orders made wrong, messed with, and accounts hacked.. I was disappointed to see my meal had holes in the bottom :(

I came in to pick up an order today which was a very simple order to make And they didn't end up actually making the order until late after all other customers had ordered and had been have their orders and left I kept looking to see if my order was going to be next but it turns out they just didn't want to make it until all of the people who ordered their food at the store received their first. Horrible service and customer service. This is absolutely outrageous I just kept quiet because I didn't have anything nice to say after I eventually got handed my order after such a disrespectful service.

This restaurant really needs to add some items to the menu. I could walk here from my house and this is only the 2nd time coming because it is such a disappointment. The food is plain and the menu literally has more shirts than food items. I really wanted this to be a win. Add okra or other veggies and seasoning to food. Also it took entirely too long to get food from drive thru.why does it take so long no one is here parking lot is empty and I’be been waiting for 20 minutes for tenders. And these little things should be called nuggets

First time trying Gutheries!! Chicken is too greasy, and the fries are too plain. Soda needs to be more carbonated. Recommend fries have seasoning, and please drain the grease off the chicken. We will be back later to see if the quality has improved.
Clean restaurant with good food. The chicken and fries were very hot when I received it. Tasted great! James and Angel were good folks!

First of all they need to change the name to salty why so much salt.The health score on the drive thru say 88 & the one in the restaurant says 100 , which one is right. One of the workers was mopping the floor, then when my food was ready he took some napkins to wipe his face then he handled my food without washing his hands. Need some retraining or something.

Ordered 5 fingers with two sauces, no fries. Received 3 fingers with fries and 3 sauces. Nobody behind me to confuse order. Fingers were tiny and very salty. Not worth the $12.
