Oh my goodness! The last few times I have been here I have had to wait up to a half hour for a bucket of chicken. What do they think people are coming here for? This place used to be a good place to pick up dinner, but lately the lady (same lady) at the window is so rude and acts like if you order a bucket of chicken she’s gonna have to “stop the orders”…twice this was said.. I could not believe it. Whoever owns this place needs to do undercover boss. I don’t usually leave reviews but people need to know.

Got flipped off by staff for trying to walk in with my family before 7pm both doors were locked. We just wanted to get food for the family. Truly no excuse for this type of behavior.
Parking: Plenty of open spots right by the door. But both doors were locked so it didn't matter
Kid-friendliness: Litterally flipped us off.

Wasn't asked if I wanted extra crispy or original. When I asked if I could have both then I was told that the extra crispy is 25 minutes wait. Not what I'm looking for at a quick service restaurant.
If I could leave a negative review, I would!! This place is horrendous, it takes about 15 mins to make an order (after waiting 15-30 mins in line) once you get to the menu (drive thru) then it takes another 25-30 mins to pay and receive your food. And the food isnt ready after almost an hour!!!!! Just close this place down already.
