Best Kroger of the Gwinnett area! Fresh, well stocked produce, very clean store, very friendly associates and management! Jerome has helped me multiple times while shopping there, he goes out of his way to be friendly and to help customers.
I waited 20 mins for someone to come to the meat and seafood department, just for another employee to come tell me he's on break and to wait another 15 mins. Why is it only one person working in a department like that during the busiest time of day (5 to6pm)? Put a real badd taste in my mouth cause no one seem to show any concern for the customers needs.
I had a pick up a carry out order from Instacart, , somehow while I was picking up my order, there was a glitch in the system. I talked to the managers about the issue. The managers attitude overall was understanding and emphatic . They were very proactive and professional. The problem ended up getting solved. Hands down best customer service!!!!!!!!
