Crazybread!!. When it's right it goes well with my homemade salad and soups. Truly a hit or miss at LC and you just don't complain about it anymore 😔

Staff is real inconsiderate. Not only they are being in orders but they also have the nerve to be on FaceTime calls while working extremely slow. I had to wait over an 2 hrs for 2 pizza pies that I poor pre ordered. The whole time they were on their phone and behind. I never witness this level of unprofessionalism in my years on this planet. Utterly ridiculous!

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered through Doordash and just got a Pretzel Cheese Pizza and a Mango Mountain Dew. They gave me a Regular Crust Chesse Pizza with salt sprinkled on it. I've already contacted Coporated about fals advertsing and will call my bank for a refund. I should have read the reviews before ordering from thid location.

Do NOT GET THAT GOD AWFUL PRETZEL CRUST PIZZA, IT'S DISGUSTING THEY POOR TRUCKLOADS OF SALT ONTO IT AND IT'S WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY TOO MUCH, I THOUGHT I'D TRY OUT PRETZEL CRUST CUZ YEARS AGO WHEN I TRIED IT SAME SITUATION WAY TOO MUCH SALT******* IT'S SAD THAT IT'S STILL LIKE THAT. Smh

Missing items, and when calling to handle it, manager talked to me for 2 minutes then hung up on me, when I tried to call back, they transferred me to general customer service and would pickup when they tried to reach him.

This is wholly unprofessional and if I did this I would be fired immediately from my manager position as well.

This has been the single worst pizza experience I've ever had with this place, and I order 2 to 3 times a month without issue.

I will probably never order from this location again unless things are made right via the complaint I filed with corporate on this unprofessional manager and trying to blame Uber when it's clearly the restaurant that needs to shoulder the burden is ridiculous.

We really need a better ran Little Caesars. The manager has the absolute worst attitude. There are never any hot and ready pizzas and there is always a wait. Not a good representation of the area. Very disappointing for Grayson. I hope they hire a new manager with better operational and customer service skills for this location ASAP.
