Went to Little Caesars hoping to pick up something to eat it's 8:15 on a Tuesday and they tell me they're not taking no walking orders at this moment I don't know who's managing that place but they need to figure it out.

Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes with several other customers and no one acknowledged us, despite staff being able to see us. Ended up leaving because I got tired of listening to the staff complain about their jobs.

The service was horrible tonight. The guy working tonight, he said he was the manager was soo rude. He had an bad attitude towards my husband. We place an order online and he claimed they didn't received it. Then he didn't want to make the order, yelling at the two ladies working with him. Then on top of that, he didn't even make the order right. I paid for a stuff crust and he didn't do that.we couldn't fix it because we was already home and they wouldn't answer the phone.

Terrible customer service Walked in and was immediately met with an attitude all the employee said “not taking any orders none” and then he walked to the back ignoring the other customers just walking in, not sure what the problem was but i really hate being treated like that when im just trying to get some food. It’s never any sense of urgency. I completed an online order and it was not started until I arrived in the location. It’s usually just a lot of talking and playing going on in the back with no work getting down. 0/10 don’t recommend this location.

Probably the worst location I've ordered from. I'm never ordering from them again. They never answer the phone. They rarely send all of the items I've ordered and if they do, it's either wrong or overcooked. Also, they are horrible on uber eats. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Terrible Experience - Unprofessional and Unacceptable
I placed an order at Little Caesars with a pick-up time between 8:16 - 8:21 PM. I waited outside the restaurant for an hour, and my pizza was still not ready. After giving up and going home, I tried calling the restaurant repeatedly, but no one answered.
The next day, I called to ask if they could remake my order or issue a refund. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending. Instead of offering to remake my entire order, she said the best she could do was provide one hot pizza, claiming I had already picked up my order the day before. This was completely false; I had not picked up my order because it wasn't ready after waiting for an hour.
When I tried to explain this, she became argumentative and confirmed that the order was over two hours late, but insisted her system showed it was picked up, which it wasn't. I then requested a refund, but she refused. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me.
This experience was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. I paid for a product I never received, and the customer service was terrible. I will not be returning to this location and advise others to avoid it as well.

The owner of this franchise really need to visit their location to see how bad it is. They are extremely slow with customer’s orders. I placed an online order and still had to wait 35 minutes past my pickup time. I’ve been here three times and it’s the same story.
