The front part of this establishment needs some major deep cleaning. Dirty carpet pushed off to the side the countertops dirty and sticky, ceiling isn’t dusted. The ovens are in need of some deep cleaning and the poor guy alone here this morning needs some major help with 7 people all waiting to place pickup and get helped . He goes from picking up his cellphone to packaging pizza with no handwashing in between , no gloves , no nothing . Can you blame him? If your the owner and this is your establishment you need to be in here supporting this location. To the worker here this AM you need a raise and I applaud you for trying your best.

I've never in my life ordered Little Caesars, especially a deep dish pizza, but last week I tried it with just the sausage and liked it. This week, I thought I'd splurge and get three toppings. If you look at the picture, the toppings were scarce, even though it's $3 more for two extra toppings. The bottom left piece, especially, only has toppings on the left side. This could be the perfect pizza if they would even season their sauce, which tastes like it came from a can and was dumped onto the pizza. The crust is slightly doughy at the top, but still edible.My biggest qualm tonight was the wait. My order went through around 10:10 p.m. and I already paid for it. It was supposed to be ready and in the portal by no later than 10:47 p.m., but I got there and waited about 20 minutes because they had just put it in the oven at about 10:50 p.m. WTH? There were multiple people sitting in the front of the store waiting for their food, so I went to my car to wait.I got my pizza almost one hour, 55 minutes after ordering it, and 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Domino's and Pizza Hut would have definitely had it ready faster. Little Caesars can no longer call themselves the hot and ready pizza because they aren't, those days are gone!I had to ask about my pizza three times because the young lady must have thought I was a different person each time I asked. I'm thinking it's best to not have only teenagers working in the store late night. Maybe some more adult supervision would make things go smoother.I won't be visiting this store again. Very disappointed, especially since I just decided to try their deep dish pizzas, but the customer service was bad enough for me to change my mind.

I came in this morning with a last minute order for a birthday party that Riverside pizza failed to provide. The manager inside was so kind and enthusiastic to take on our big order. he was amazing!! Highly recommend. thank you little caesar’s for coming through!

Vince is an exceptional manager and made my even with a surprise call regarding a customer complaint I left about a month ago. First of all, this is above and beyond the standard and the first time this has happened and should be the example for other businesses. Secondly, Vince expressed his sincere apologies (for the delay in responding due to the holidays) and offered to make things right. Vince, you are simply amazing and you need to be promoted and given a generous raise because talent like you is hard to find. Companies should be looking for you because you definitely add value! Thank you for the call and the next time I'm in town I will stop by just to say thank you face to face! I pray the new year brings you success and prosperity!Wow Wow Wow!

Horrible customer service. Another customer told the manager that he wasn't recommended cheesy bread and that he was owed a free order because of that. The manager goes to the back and asks the employee did he offer it and then loudly tells him that $5 is coming out of his next check. I placed my order online (just cheesy bread and Italian bread). I waited 20 minutes before I showed up. There were others in there waiting and it was 15 minutes before I was asked was I ordering or picking up. I let them know I ordered online and I'm told my food is ready and they go get it out the warmer. My food had been in there the entire time and someone greeting me and asking me when i walked in about my order would have saved me from waiting unnecessarily for 15 minutes on something that was already done.
