This Marco's Pizza used to be good. Our order was a pick-up order. We've noticed that this is the second time ordering pizza, and though it looked cooked, it was uncooked and doughy. We did take it back the first time. Well, this is the last time. The wings used to be much larger—a waste of money.

Wow - I typically really like Marco's, but this location has really gone downhill. The last few times we've ordered delivery it's been a little less than the usual amazing deliciousness we'd come to expect from Marco's. Tonight, though, we got three pizzas that were undercooked, doughy & floppier than the greasiest NY pizza and an order of wings that were stale like they'd been sitting out all day long. The delivery driver was also incredibly awkward - seriously, hand people pizzas with the largest first, or, better yet, hand them all at once from the bag not one at a time awkwardly watching me try to adjust to each pizza being handed one at a time. I think we'll be giving up on Marco's for a while. 🫤

I had a complaint of the pizza. The pizza was not melted all the way. The manager I talk to was very condescending and didn’t want to take owner ship of the pizza I received. The wings were overcooked. She would not remake the pizza or the wings. She even said she will block the number. We just wanted a new hot pizza. We sent her pics. She wouldn’t give her name but she had a foreign accent. Very disappointed in Marco’s. This is the first time.

If I could rate zero stars i would! The guy on the phones name was OJ he was extremely rude & had a nasty attitude! I ordered through doordash and there was no option to add an extra pizza sauce so i called the store to ask for an extra.. Oj was extremely rude & dismissive! He acted like he did not care. I cancelled the order & called back to inform him about his attitude & he hung up in my face. Would not recommend! Take your money to a pizza place who has common sense, and nice workers!

Do not order from here!! They always get my order wrong and I just keep ordering. I'm done, never again. I spoke with a manager and he hung up on me. I didn't have an attitude I was telling him how they never put the garlic and parmesan on my pizza. Order from the one on five forks trickum rd. They always get it right and the pizza be so good.

Placed an order on their website, waited until I was informed my order was ready. Then drove to the location, only to be not even greeted for 10 min *yes they were busy… but not even an acknowledgment I was standing there….. only then after they finally decided to come to the front counter, that my order wasn’t actually even ready…. They had half the order. Didn’t even say anything. Other than … give me 5 min….. but it was clear they were looking for my food. It was a cheese and a pepperoni pizza…. Nothing fancy.
There is a clear lack of organization, leadership, or accountability here and I’m not sure which….
It’s sad because the food is good…. But there are 3 other pizza places within walking distance…. You gotta do better!

I walked in with my service dog (barely making it all the way in) and the guy who worked there immediately started yelling at me saying the dog can't be in there. He was very loud and unprofessional.
I was trying to explain my dog is a service dog, but he kept interrupting me telling me not to bring him in.
Although I'm not required to, I offered to show him my ADA legal ID with my name and my dogs information, but he refused to see it. He then put on his coat to head out the back door and told someone else to help me.
I have been in there several times with my service, dog who never goes as far as to the counter but waits for me as an alert guard from a distance.
I eat from this location at least once a month, or once every other month, and I have never had such a humiliating experience on a topic that is a health/legal matter.
Before the employee put on his coat to leave out the back door, I asked for his name to report him. He said something sounding like OJ Rainer. The other associate said his formal name may be Olin.
This needs to be addressed immediately with the associate. I'm please requesting follow up regarding this complaint.

I walked in with my service dog (barely making it all the way in) and the guy who worked there immediately started yelling at me saying the dog can't be in there. He was very loud and unprofessional.

Although I'm not required to, I offered to show him my ADA legal ID with my name and my dogs information, but he refused to see it. He then put on his coat to head out the back door and told someone else to help me.
Before the employee put on his coat to leave out the back door, I asked for his name to report him. He said something sounding like OJ Rainer. Someone later said his name may be Olin.
This is now a legal matter as I was told not to come in with my service dog. Employees need to be professionally trained regarding this.
I always visit this location atleast every other month and receive great service from the young men there. This new guy will make me never go back as well as report the business to the Department of Justice for not obeying the law for the Disability Act.
If you can treat people like that, it makes me wonder how the food is being handled.
Do not order a salad from Marco’s in Grayson. The first time I ordered one, the lettuce was old and brown. Today I ordered a Greek salad which comes with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, banana peppers, feta cheese. There was no feta, no red onions, salami and ham were added…but the biggest thing was a piece of plastic was also in my salad
