Very poor experience at this location due to customer service. I placed an online order through the website and arrived to pick it up, only to find that both the pizza and wings were cold. When I called to speak with a manager, Chase answered and explained that the general manager had recently quit and that he was currently in charge. I calmly explained the issue with the food, but his tone quickly became rude and unprofessional. I made it clear that I was not interested in arguing and simply wanted information for a higher-level manager. Before I could finish my request, Chase disconnected the call. This level of service was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I would like to extend a shout out to Chase, who is new management at this location. He is improving the service and Customer service experience and I appreciate that! He went out his way to honor a request for convenience and deserves to be acknowledged!! Thank you for actually caring about the Customers and showing care and concern! You Rock!!

The new manager is very professional and business oriented. He is thorough with his transactions making sure of customer satisfaction.
There was an incident with the app that charged me one total (thus emailing confirmation) but when I came to pay in person it printed differently. He exhausted his knowledge to get the total where it was supposed to be. (The in store system not registering the apps total is concerning, especially if I would have sent someone else to pick up the order for me).
Great patience and readiness to help. This manager is waaayyyyyy better than the previous manger relating to friendliness and welcoming.

My mom and I stopped in to share a pizza for lunch. We were immediately greeted by the manager and another worker. The pizza was made correctly and tasted amazing! The tables were clean and they brought us plates and napkins and even cleared the table for us. We’ll definitely be back!

went to Marco’s Pizza and noticed something very unsanitary. The employee took cash from me and other customers, and then, without changing gloves, opened the fridge and handled fresh dough. That’s a serious health concern.”

This Marco's Pizza used to be good. Our order was a pick-up order. We've noticed that this is the second time ordering pizza, and though it looked cooked, it was uncooked and doughy. We did take it back the first time. Well, this is the last time. The wings used to be much larger—a waste of money.
I was nervous to order here from seeing the low reviews. But I ordered and Food was hot and ready for pick up. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived and they thanked me for coming in. I’ll be coming back!
Wow - I typically really like Marco's, but this location has really gone downhill.
The last few times we've ordered delivery it's been a little less than the usual amazing deliciousness we'd come to expect from Marco's.
Tonight, though, we got three pizzas that were undercooked, doughy & floppier than the greasiest NY pizza and an order of wings that were stale like they'd been sitting out all day long.
The delivery driver was also incredibly awkward - seriously, hand people pizzas with the largest first, or, better yet, hand them all at once from the bag not one at a time awkwardly watching me try to adjust to each pizza being handed one at a time.
I think we'll be giving up on Marco's for a while. 🫤
I had a complaint of the pizza. The pizza was not melted all the way. The manager I talk to was very condescending and didn’t want to take owner ship of the pizza I received. The wings were overcooked. She would not remake the pizza or the wings. She even said she will block the number. We just wanted a new hot pizza. We sent her pics. She wouldn’t give her name but she had a foreign accent. Very disappointed in Marco’s. This is the first time.
