This is one of the worst stores for DoorDash drivers in the Grayson area. During the day they are great. They don't acknowledge drivers, have multiple excuses for orders being late or wrong, and the manager needs to manage.
This morning, when I was finally acknowledged, the manager said the system is down from 2 to 4 a.m. and has to reboot. May order was to be picked up at 4:39 a.m. We'll after the so-called downtime and reboot.
The funny thing is I don't have this issue at the Five Forks Trickem Rd. store. The same DoorDash app is used. Plus, you can actually go into the store instead of waiting at a window knocking to get someone's attention.
This place is horrible and managed like a teenager is in charge. Please do better, McDonald's.

I don’t kno why they advertise 24 hours i work late I’ve stop at this location at 2:30 3 am they are never taking orders but today i seen them give a mobile then say there not taking orders just stealing company time

BEWARE!!!!!! I went to this location Saturday afternoon at 3:30 before Thanksgiving. The young lady who was taking payment at the drive thru took a while to give me my card back, she said she had to try it again. Tuesday I received a called from the bank regarding fraudulent charges. Saturday was the last time the card was used. The cashier charged numerous door dash orders to my card. She actually took a picture of my card. I called the store and the manager took my information and said someone would follow up with me. It’s been more than 2 weeks and nothing, I emailed corporate but they weren’t any help, they said they wanted to give the store time to rectify the issue.
Be careful especially around the holidays, I am still trying to clear up the issue with my bank and of course no one has contacted me and I doubt someone will.

They make you use a new cup anytime you want a refill making you waste plastic. Bad on the environment. The staff just sits around at tables in groups talking and not working. Bad management and bad employees

I sat in the drive through for over 30 min with only two cars in front me. Very slow and had no idea what my order was when I pulled up the pick line. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. This place is terrible after dark.

Went through the drive thru. The lady gave us our drinks and told us to wait in the parking for our order. The guy coming out to deliver orders looked lost and was walking around with our bag confused until I rolled down my window. We waited 20 minutes for 2 Big Mac meals and it was cold when we got it. The service has sadly declined over the last few years.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location while working as an Uber Eats driver. I arrived around 2 AM, hoping to pick up an order quickly through the drive-thru. However, after waiting in line, I was told they weren’t taking mobile app orders through the drive-thru and that I had to go to the back door instead.
I went around to the back, but no one noticed me for at least 15 minutes, and the door was locked. Standing outside in the cold at that time of night, waiting without any attention, was not a great experience. I understand that late hours can be busy, but some better coordination and customer care for delivery drivers would go a long way. Not the best experience for anyone relying on this place for late-night pickups.
