Went today, 9/4/25, around 11am. Middle aged Hispanic in her 30s and a older African American lady maybe in her 50s were very rude and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about today or like they didn’t have the time to help me when there was only one car in the drive thru. I was talking to them normal but they were angry so early in the morning for some reason. On top of bad customer service, restaurant was dirty and they gave me the wrong order.

I did an online order for this location, and when I got to the drive thru the employee told me they didn't have the order and that he didn't know what to do to help me.

Don’t go to this location. The lil girl taking orders is laughing and having a whole side conversation on the speaker while I’m giving my order, she asked me to repeat my order twice! Because she missed it twice while giggling and talking to someone else! Then it took them 15 minutes to make ORANGE JUICE! Service is garbage! I’ll go out of my way to another location, never again this one.

Placed an online order to be picked up through drive through online but the store apparently closed 3 hours early for some reason. But that's not why im leaving the bad review. I came up to the side window to ask about my order, because I had already placed it and paid for it and she looked at me and walked away without even attempting to answer my question or apologize for the inconvenience about my order.

I looked for 20 minutes to try and find a correct menu with prices that didn’t have an inflated price to pay for delivery.. why can’t you just post a menu with the prices just like if I walk in the door ?. Are you so embarrassed about charging so much that you don’t want people to see your price until they are already in the store ?. I’ll never buy from a place that’s embarrassed by their own prices .. this was the first time I decided to try to go back to McDonalds in the last 3 years and since I can’t find the prices I’m not going back and I can promise you that others are saying the same thing
Just got a McCrispy, I also recommended it to my Mom. Got them and they are NOTHING like I had before. Instead of the nice big sandwich it used to be, it was maybe the size of 3 chicken nuggets, it doesn't even cover the bun!! More like a slider than a good chicken sandwich. We will never get that again. Shame McDonald's.. The only reason for 2 stars is the fries were still good.

If you're looking for a fast food AT NIGHT between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m., [Grayson, GA MCDONALDS] is the perfect place to waste your time. Infact I waste my time driving there a few times a week.
Lets start with the classic line: The machine is down. No matter what day you go, no matter what you try to order, the the machine is always down between those hours. At this point, I'm not convinced the machine doesn't even exists. Its just a code phrase for We're not working right now.
But the best part? They won't accept any orders at all during those hours. Doesnt matter if you want fries, a burger, or just a cup of wateryoull get told theyre closed or not taking orders. The lights are on, the drive-thru speaker works, staff are clearly inside... they just dont want to do anything that remotely resembles customer service. But they cant have nuggets or fries?? waiting?
Meanwhile, their friends are parked at the drive-thru window having full-blown social hour. No food, no payment, just conversation and laughter while you sit behind them like a fool hoping someone might eventually remember theyre at a business.
This place operates on vibes, not service. If you're hungry, try literally anywhere else. If youre looking for a late-night talk show hosted out of a fast food window, thoughthis might be your spot.

So when you ask for a kid’s happy meal with a hamburger and say ketchup only, no pickles or other condiments, you may get only ketchup and no actual burger patty. Just fyi

I ordered two Happy meals. The fries were very cold and the nuggets were so cold they had begun to get white around the edges. I walked in and very quietly whispered to the lady behind the desk that the fries and the nuggets were cold and would she please replace them. She blurted out if you wasn't over there standing up talking and you would have got your food and it would have been hot. I was so surprised to hear someone speak to me like that until I lost it. And asked why are you speaking to me that way. She continued to be rude and disrespectful. At that point I was angry and only one of the refund. There are 25 people in the lobby and she's talking to me like I am a child. I am 60 years old and a military veteran and there was no reason whatsoever to speak to me in that manner. But because she knew there was no repercussions for her behavior she continued to disrespect me with a lobby full of people standing there. Worst McDonald's ever and worst experience ever I've ever seen demonstrated to a paying customer who simply was asking for hot food
