The service & the food here can be hit or miss. One day the young man working the drive-thru was clearly high. After informing a manager we saw the young man working the same spot hours later while at another store. They have dropped off since our family member worked there.

Management here is AWFULWent through the drive thru and nobody answered. After saying hello a few times and getting response, I pull forward to the window, ready to complain until the worker explained to me that the speakers are apparently broken and have been FOR MONTHS.What kind of lazy, do nothing management leaves the drive thru broken and practically unusable for months on end? Not only does this cause issues with customers, but I can't imagine being an employee here if management sucks this bad.Dear managers and whoever owns this dump, GET THE SPEAKERS FIXED.

Placed a mobile order and paid through the app. Lady at the window asked for my payment and I said I paid in the app...she said oh yeah. She would probably know if she wasn't too busy texting on her phone. Got to the second window and the guy said they are out of sweet tea. I replaced it with a Dr pepper. Got my food and drink but no straw and no napkins ? And y'all want $15 an hour No customer service whatsoever

Service has gotten better. Just wish they wouldn’t forget suaces everytimr. I put 2 orders the nuggets to get the new sauce and nothing. I’m adding an extra star from the original 2 star review only because it didn’t take me 20 min to get some fries.

Don’t order online orders from this store I was sent here to pick up an Uber eats and after waiting for 15 minutes I had two separate workers tell me they didn’t have my Uber eats order however I showed them the confirmation on my phone and they just ignored me so I asked for the manager and the manager said sorry they don’t have my order I said ok can you make it for me then as I showed her the order confirmation and she said sorry no I can’t make it I then explained this happened to me at a diffrent McDonald’s location and the manager made me the order even tho their system wasn’t showing it sense I had the Uber eats confirmation and she said “that’s up to the managers discretion” I asked her are you not the manager??? And she said she was the manager but didn’t have time to make it. So she just blantantly refused out of laziness, pathetic. So now the Uber eats customer has been waiting for nearly 30 minutes and I had to cancel the order wasting my time and my gas to drive there as well as the u we eats customer.

God awful, when you call to ask for information all the staff gives conflicting information and the so called manager is condescending and rude and then screams when you tell them to stop being rude

It's supposed to be a 24 hour McDonald's but after a certain time there's always a problem ordering from the mobile app. The system down and they only taking cash or they've already took the grills down for breakfast and the staff are very rude. They seem to be pocketing the money, that's why it's only cash after a certain time. They're selling the left overs and messed up orders.

I have never been to a McDonald that ask you to pull up for Happy Meals. They have several cars in the mobile and curbside pick up section. They suck!
