If I could leave a zero I would. I ordered beef and broccoli and it is HORRIBLE! No flavor whatsoever and I ordered a bowl which means I got one scoop (spoonful) of actual beef and broccoli with a bowl full of rice. Will never go to this location again! Iām going to be transparent. The food at this location SUCKS. The āfried riceā is a total different color than what it originally is supposed to be. The chow being is literally dry with no sauceā¦on top of that it stinks so bad because thereās no flavor. At this point yāall just hire anybody without having experience on seasoning and cooking foodš. This food is disgusting and waste of $28.30 thatās highway robbery for this lame food. Just plain nasty and I already sent a funky email that yāall always āprovideā all I know is someone better contact me wishing the next 3-5 business days. Why are customers wasting their money on a place like this.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves attentionānot out of spite, but out of respect for every customer who spends their hard-earned money expecting basic professionalism.
I visited this Panda Express well before closing time, only to find the staff winding down as if the day were already over. The posted hours said 11:00 p.m., but arriving between 9:00 and 10:15 felt like walking into a place that had already shut its doors in spirit. No fresh food, no urgency, and a reluctant attitude that made ordering feel like a negotiation rather than a transaction.
Letās be real: if your business hours say you're open, then act like you're open. Customers plan their evenings around those hours. Weāre not just buying foodāweāre trusting you to honor your commitment. Imagine a 911 operator clocking out early because theyāre tired. Some jobs require showing up fully until the end. Food service is one of them.
I say this as someone whoās worked nearly every blue-collar job imaginableāfrom cashier to chef. I know the grind. I respect the hustle. But I also know when corners are being cut. If youāre hired to serve until close, then serve until close. It shouldnāt take back-and-forth debates in English or Spanish to convince staff to do the very thing theyāre paid to do.
This isnāt just about one mealāitās about the principle. Businesses thrive when they respect the people who keep them alive: their customers. I hope this review sparks reflection, not defensiveness. Because when you honor your hours, you honor your community.

I came in with my family and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. Donna was attentive, polite and her interaction with us has earned a upcoming visit to this location.
Lo mein was very dry and hard :/ but orange chicken was very tasty and moist

I had a disappointing experience at this Panda Express location. The customer service was terrible ā the staff was rude and dismissive. On top of that, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual. I wonāt be returning. Definitely not the kind of service or quality I expect.
