Went in and ordered food at the bar Togo. The bartender had only two customer sitting at the bar and had me waiting over 30 mins for a Gyro and a Philly sandwich. Once I got home I noticed the wraps bread was extremely hard and crunchy. I guess the bartender left my food in the window for the entire 30 plus mins I waited or the restaurant is serving old stale food. Either way I definitely don’t think people should be charged over $45 on two sandwiches if the restaurant can’t provide fresh food. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning.

I’m new to the area, so I decided to try some local establishments. First on deck? Sam’s on Main Mediterranean restaurant. It was okay. We had to move twice because the air conditioning was blowing directly on us and creating an uncomfortable dining experience. Once reseated in a decent location, we ordered appetizers which came out really quickly (fried green tomatoes and calamari). Both were delicious! Our server was nice enough, (a young man whose name escapes me, but I think he’s a member of the family who owns the restaurant) anyway, aside from him, we felt sense a little unease from other patrons and staff due to our race. I’m never one to play the race card, but, you could sense “we” don’t frequent this establishment often or something, because my friend who arrived before I did mentioned the looks and unwelcome reaction she received when she entered. I felt it, but the way my confidence level is setup, I could care less what anybody thinks or feels about me, and wish somebody would say something inappropriate while I’m out spending my hard earned money. But, I digress. Suffice it to say, there were noticeable racial overtones. Some subtle, some not so subtle, but, overall it wasn’t too uncomfortable to leave, but definitely worth noting. The food was good. I had a gyro with the house potatoes (great choice), and my friend had the lamb burger (she said the party was too small for the price) with fries. The taste and quality of the food earned them 5 stars. The service would get a 3.5, because the waiter did not come back and check on us frequently, nor did he bring needed items in a timely manner—napkins, ketchup, water refills, etc. We enjoyed the meal and the fellowship with one another, but honestly probably won’t be back. Perhaps a to go order? Perhaps.

If you want the best breakfast you've ever had go to Sam's on Main. Country potatoes out-of-this-world. Now x breakfast by 2 that's what you get for lunch and dinner. Great place to eat!!!!!!

Okay food, but the service was horrid. Apparently the servers double as outside expo because as we needed refills and waited for more than 25 minutes, I watched him finish up other patrons dishes in the kitchen. A suggestion would be to have a dedicated outside expo person that is not your servers because several customers were stuck waiting for our server for a very long time. This was during a Saturday lunch rush.

I love the food and the atmosphere at Sam's on the Main. Every time I visit I leave full and satisfied. There are a lot of restaurants that serve mediterranean food, but this restaurant stands out from the rest.Brought my friends to check the restaurant out and we already made plans to go back. A+

Normally pretty good but this visit I was served old rice..our waitress was awesome and quickly replaced.
The fried green tomatoes were fantastic! The salad, not so much. There was lots of brown lettuce among the rest of the anemic greens, and a few small tomatoes, some dried cranberries, and a few candied pecans. I left a lot of the lettuce. It just wasn't appetizing. Next time I'll try a side salad, so I won't waste as much. I've eaten here before, and it was very good, so I was disappointed with this meal.

New to the area so first time in. Got the Flounder Sandwich and the Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger. Both were great and easily enough to share.The fries are great but bypass for the country potatoes. Really well seasoned and didn’t need ketchup.Definitely a keeper

Came there for dinner with my family, and it was okay. ? They were very understanding of our allergies and didn't have to wait long for our appetizers plus free refills. ? The menu items I would not recommend are the gyro dinner and cambo kabab as the dinner was meh in addition to the kabab meat being dry. ? I would recommend the steak and stuffed rainbow trout as it was perfectly cooked in addition to the fish having no bones at all! But I can't say I would recommend it normally to others unless theywanted steak or fish. Fun fact: my brother and I walked around the restaurant once because I couldn't find the entrance ?
