I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received at the Starbucks drive-thru today. From the moment I pulled up, everything felt warm and welcoming. The service was prompt, friendly, and full of positive energy—exactly the kind of experience that makes a regular stop feel special.

A big shout out to Lexi at the drive-thru window! She was incredibly kind, upbeat, and made sure my order was perfect. Her attention to detail and bright personality truly stood out and made my morning so much better. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

This store is always messing up my drink orders but today I ordered a falafel and started eating it. I noticed it taste different so I looked Inside and saw it was different then I looked at the bag and saw it was chicken falafel. I haven’t eaten meat since 1997. I called Starbucks and the associate answer was so nonchalant about the mistake. It ticked me off. I cannot believe the customer service from this Store I will not be using Grayson’s Starbucks anymore.

I'm a regular customer.

Ordered at 6:30 pm Friday 10/27. Was given the wrong order at 6:47 PM in the drive thru. I was argued with about the order being correct versus wrong that I literally made and enjoyed the day before and went fine the day before by the drive thru cashier today. This has been a great place up until today. I hope the individual can be trained to do better with specifying drink orders, taking accountability of their mistakes, and providing better customer service than arguing about their own mistakes, rolling their eyes at the customer's after being asked for a remake, and arguing. Received a similar to correct drink at 6:57 pm.

Coffee is fine but it's really uncomfortable & super awkward to listen to the one team member who I assume is a manager (shorter individual with a shaved head, I did not catch their name) barking orders and constantly snapping at the other employees for everyone to hear. Me and my boyfriend were not the only ones who noticed that it felt more like Hell's Kitchen and not a cafe.

Ms. Kristy was absolutely amazing, it was my birthday and my app wasn’t working so she went ahead and went above and beyond and made my drink without the blink of an eye, the whole staff was amazing, made my day special!!!

Felt a rush by the person who took the order, and very abrupt when asking questions. Even at the delivery window no hello or hi, simply stated the total price, paid, in a second all 3 drinks are ready and handed over saying here you go in a rude tone. Needs some improvement on the customer service area.

Very kind personnel and very good service overall. I know you work under a lot of stress to make other people's days go smooth, and I know that there's a lot of mean, disrespectful, ungrateful people who think they deserve it all, but the most, and in whom you must focus daily, are the ones that appreciate and value your excellent work and we got you. Not only because you got our coffee and breakfast but because we do value your diligent work.
You are the ones who make a difference in someone's day, and with something as simple as a sincere smile, you can gain your public. So, please smile a little more to your customers (not only between your coworkers).
Being that said, I love the excellent service, kindness, and handwork of my favorite person at your Starbucks, my baby girl?

I’m a big Starbucks fan and like most people I do enjoy sitting inside and taking a break from the outside world. I walk in, get my order taken and wait for my name to be called. The three stars are for the employee who decided to represent this store and scream at the top of her lungs every 3-5 mins, customers names to pick up their orders. It went on for 35 min. It was not a peaceful environment what so ever. Probably the loudest Starbucks I’ve walked into. On top of everyone with laptops or books sitting inside glancing up every time she screamed. Coffee A+ , Employee - ruined experience.
