The drive thru cashier was so rude and she expected a tip. She was a younger light skinned lady. Totally disrespectful. Not a Starbuck normal for sure. It too many people that would appreciate her job.

Came out from an hour away for something else and just needed a comfy place to stay for a bit. It's clean and Sprinkles is amazing, thank you. The drink could taste like whatever, but her presence made it 5* by itself.

Bad service they were asked to make one drink made another and when I asked him to correct the drink they just poured the inclusions off the top and handing me back the drink which still had pieces of inclusions in it.

This store is always messing up my drink orders but today I ordered a falafel and started eating it. I noticed it taste different so I looked Inside and saw it was different then I looked at the bag and saw it was chicken falafel. I haven’t eaten meat since 1997. I called Starbucks and the associate answer was so nonchalant about the mistake. It ticked me off. I cannot believe the customer service from this Store I will not be using Grayson’s Starbucks anymore.
