Terrible experience using this location on the Subway app. Doordash driver dropped my $35 order at the wrong location and because I used the Subway app Doordash refunded Subway to refund me because they wouldn't remake my order. No food and no refund so far.

The young ladies they have scheduled tonight truly are a great example of customer service! I was greeted and acknowledged by both of them as soon as I walked in the door. The one with black hair took my order, listened effectively and repeated every step of making my sandwiches to ensure she made them correctly and I was satisfied and the one with ginger hair added my veggies and listened effectively ensuring to add the the toppings to my exact likings! The place was very clean and both the girls were very professional! You have two great young ladies in there that made my experience worth returning for!

Today 12/29/23 at 9:35pm I walked into this location after working this evening. I’m hungry, wanting a sandwich. I walked in and was told by a gentleman sitting down that they were closed. I said to him but they close at 10 and he said I should go ahead and see if they will serve me. I asked the young ladies and said I wanted to get a sandwich and they informed me that they decided to close early, the front doors were still open which means that people were still going to be served and the open sign was still on. As someone who had worked this evening and really wanted a sandwich to be told that I could not get one and it was not 10 o’clock, because upset me . Because of that, I did not have time to get to another location. It would’ve taken nothing from them to just serve me since the front doors were open and I was in there wanting a sandwich. I’m not sure if this is a normal practice with this location but I can tell you this I will not be back. I was told by who I think is the manager on another day that as long as I got in there before 10 I would be served, and as you can see, that’s not the case. I’ve worked customer service for years and if it was me and that situation or this was my establishment I would’ve served the one customer that was in there location. I do not recommend going to this location and I will not be back.
