Every time I go through the drive-thru, the wait time can be anywhere from 45 mins to over an hour, even if I order online, ordering online is supposed to speed things up but in my experience, it never does, it takes longer at every Taco Bell I go to, but this one takes it to a whole new level/ The food is never tasty, especially if you getting food late-night, thee crew they have working there is very incompetent. food is cold and most off the time I eat Taco Bell immediately after leaving drive thru, I park in the parking lot and eat, Chalupas are my go-to, and it's always cold, and hard from this Taco Bell, last Chalupa I ate from here I swear the veggie-toppings were spoil and rancid. the Baja Blast was way too sweet and very flat. My hard taco that came with the chalupa meal was supposed to be a supreme taco, the taco and the chalupas had only half the beef that supposed to be there and I know how much exactly is supposed to be in there because I use to work at Taco Bell when I was younger, and I was the steamer, the person that makes the food to the orders of customers on the line. It's always a bad experience so I have stop going there all together. Whoever is the store manager there is not hiring the right workers? The store needs some workers that are a bit older because the young folks just don't get it done.Vegetarian options: 34f12e

Britton is got was half size other Taco bell stores.Even it was not boritto.. they used Taco tortilla and made a small square something..I found out once reach home... someone trying to save ..you are not getting what you paid for...so bad..not recommended

This is my 3rd and final time visiting this establishment. I come through on Sundays only. It's never busy and today like always, 3-4 young teens. Must be 16, look like 12 years old that work here. They never have sweet tea. I finally asked today if they didn't serve tea, he said, the lady who makes it don't work weekends. The staff are very nice and shy (they're babies) this is not about these children, it's about management not being here on the weekends to make sure the business is actually being ran correctly. No sauce packets in the containers, Dr Pepper out, Mt. Dew out, Rootbeer, flat, I choose the strawberry lemonade and it was out. It's frustrating come into a place and spending $30 bucks on 6 crunchy tacos and 3 cheese rollups - 3 large drinks (but couldn't get drinks because they are flat our out). Sticky floors, bathrooms smelled like a nasty East Atlanta crackhead gas station restroom. Then you have nasty house slippers and garbage at the front doors. Why???????? I really want my $$$$ back. Plus they should pay me for even coming in to this place.
Hours state they are open at 8. Nobody there to help. I came back at 8:15 where I placed my order and they got it wrong. I turned around came back and they got it wrong again. How is that possible ?

Everything in the order was ok except the new fries that Taco Bell is promoting. They’re $6 and for the amount of fries they give, it’s a rip off. Don’t waste your money on them. There was 9 fries and barely had toppings, this would be fine if it was 2.99 or something, but not $6. Stick with your usual order.
