Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They stole money from my son and his friend. They mocked and insulted them after and said they late liars! I called to resolve bye issue and they disrespected me. The manager is incompetent and has no spine! He refused to look at the camera and he also refused to let me get contact j fi for someone above him. He gave me his email then ignored the email j sent him. This location is full of thrives lead by an incompetent spineless “manager”. When companies don’t respect their customers and the company culture that they say they live by, it’s really disgusting! This franchise is worse than McDonald’s. I can see so many other people google having issues with them.

The service is terrible. Their milkshake machine broke after we placed our order but instead of letting us know so we could get a refund and leave, they had us wait for over 30 minutes until we came up to ask about what was taking so long. For reference we placed our order inside and it wasn’t very busy.

I would rate this place a ZERO STAR IN ALL CATEGORIES IF I COULD. Tonight I placed an internet order and scheduled a 5:30 pickup in the drive through, when I pulled up no one was in the drive through and the parking lot was empty. I was told my order was not ready and asked to pull forward to wait, I was told "we will bring it out", 35 minutes later I had not received my order and and been told NOTHING. I place a call and was told they would check on it. 5 minutes later I backed up to the window and someone asked me, "did not not get your food" which I replied NO and by now it was 45 minutes of wait, and I was told I had to wait another 3 1/2 minutes for something to finish. The total of my order was over $80.00, and I can ASSURE YOU THIS IS MY LAST VISIT TO THIS JOKE OF A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! This place is a JOKE. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME GO HERE. GARBAGE!!!!!!! All of the food we received was ICE COLD AND THE SALADS WERE WRONG. We didn't get the strawberry sauce with cheesecake bites and no marinara with fried cheddar bites, both of which were ICE COLD.

Can't give any feed back waited in line for 30 mins all for me to get to the box and hear the stàff Convo. I pull to the window they are just chilling and talking I asked if they knew they had a line, the cashier was high as a kite and tells me he did but they didn't know they speaker wasn't working. Then proceeds to ask me to go around or come in to place my order which now the line is wrapped around the building. Very upset I didn't get my food and they had no other options to offer

Taking care of mother one day out from surgery, so we really couldn’t go out anywhere. I placed an online mobile order ($54 worth) and had my son go pick it up. I didn’t receive our whole order and what we did receive was not good quality. I tried to call and complain but only got the answering machine. I left a voicemail and have not heard anything back. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
Pictured is the Asian inspired salad with the egg roll. As you can see the salad is very wilted and soggy looking and the egg roll is so burnt it’s almost black. Disgusting

Was very terrible customer service was not delivered, I had a window slammed in my face because I was giving my opinion very nicely and was told to go somewhere else. I think it needs to be some more training done with our youth when it comes to dealing with the public.

Well let's just say, I am in the restroom for the second time at 2am. Who knows maybe the #1 came with special instructions, but maybe it was just bad timing and I caught the short straw so I am paying for it now. You know how you get that feeling like just maybe something is not quite right but you are hungry and you eat it anyway. I should have listened to my inner spirit. By the time I was eating the food I was too far to turn around.

I placed an online pickup order under the name Emily. Upon arriving, the staff confirmed my identity per their policy and gave me what I thought was my order. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I returned to the restaurant to notify them, explicitly stating that I had opened and touched the incorrect order. Despite this, the employee proceeded to give that same opened order to the rightful customer. I was shocked by the complete disregard for food safety and professionalism. When I informed the customer, the staff’s response was dismissive, with a manager eventually rolling her eyes and reluctantly offering to make a new order. This entire experience was beyond unprofessional, and I’m left wondering how often these careless practices occur.

The cashier was extremely nice, and I got my food in 2 minutes maybe even less, which made me extremely happy, and the food was great I would definitely recommend coming here

I was waiting for 10 minutes while your workers were standing in the kitchen just chit chatting away and could hear conversations while the only person was working was the cook. Drive thru was backed up for a hot minute.

Spent over 30 dollars for fast food. I ordered the wings and things and there was barely wimpy sauce on the nuggets. A worker saw this and didn't care about customer service. So I had bonelss wings with no flavor
