At best ..will not be back old tasting food ..
It's better to go to the Zaxby's off Scenic Highway which isn't far from here if you want things to go right and not wait 20-30 minutes for an order already placed..
It would've been a different story if they explained why it took so long and atleast apologized or something, or atleast doubled checked to confirm your order.
#1 Order took 20+ minutes already placed and they got things wrong without explanation, AND it wasn't even busy..
#2 I ordered traditional wings, but I got boneless instead.. and I ordered my tenders sauced but it wasn't sauced, and didn't even get my dip sauces right either..That's already a loss of +$4 for me when I should've gotten traditional wings and sauced.. Not to mention I didn't even get the full tender amount.. and my cheddar bites were too fried/cooked and I got toast when I said no toast.
It is so clearly legible to read and see my order but I guess whoever was reading and cooking was lazy or high because I've seen people smoking here in the back back and you can smell pot.
If they would've explained that they didn't have this or are understaffed or anything, it would've been better than not saying anything assuming my order is correct when it was 50% wrong, and I waited for so long with groceries in the back, AFTER rush hour, it was not even busy guys come on..
I do not make a big deal of things, but today was really just off and annoying. I'll be going somewhere else if I ever decide to eat here again.
I found atleast 5 pieces of im assuming beard facial hair in my loaded fries šš¤® wonāt be returning.

I arrive at 9:45. Waiting in the drive thru and finally got to the box at 9:55. There werenāt that many cars. Lady told me that she couldnāt take my order because it was too late. Check the cameras. There were 3 more cars behind me. They donāt close until 10:00 pm. You can give service to the costumers.. smh
I ordered a surf and turf and was only given shrimp and they forgot my chicken. The order itself tasted horrible. The shrimp was crazy salty and the fries were not fully cooked and tasted raw in parts. I asked for an upgrade on my drink which was met with a bit of an attitude and then the drink itself tastes terrible. There wasnāt enough syrup in the soda at all. This location used to be great and something has definitely changed. Will not be going here again.
Very rude assistant manager. Unprofessional and super slow. They stand around chatting as customers are waiting at the window. This is what I pulled up to as I waited nearly 8 mins in the drive thru to place a order. Donāt come to this location.
They stole money from my son and his friend. They mocked and insulted them after and said they late liars! I called to resolve bye issue and they disrespected me. The manager is incompetent and has no spine! He refused to look at the camera and he also refused to let me get contact j fi for someone above him. He gave me his email then ignored the email j sent him. This location is full of thrives lead by an incompetent spineless āmanagerā. When companies donāt respect their customers and the company culture that they say they live by, itās really disgusting! This franchise is worse than McDonaldās. I can see so many other people google having issues with them.

My son and his friend ordered and never got their food. The workers called them liars and mocked them.
I called the store and asked what was happening to my son money being taken and they disrespected me too!
The next day Igo to the store and tell the manager and ask him to review the cameras. Not only did he refuse to review cameras but he also refused to give me corporates number or an email for someone higher than him. He gave me his email and then ignored my email.

I am a frequent customer of Zaxbys and Iām HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED ā¹ļø of my recent experience šÆš©š½āš»I decided to use my rewards points to get a FREE LARGE DRINK š„¤ and much to my surprise š³ I was uncharged a $1!!!! Please stop false advertising ZAXBYS since when is there an UPCHARGE for regular Minute Maid fountain lemonade š¤Iām confused so I canāt order an Arnold Palmer š¹ with REGULAR FOUNTAIN MINUTE MAID lemonade šridiculous its not like itās homemade lemonade like chick fila then it would at least make sense!! BAD BUSINESS!!! I should have went to my normal location in Scenic HWY they have way better customer service!!!
I emailed a response to Zaxbys on fed 5th but havenāt heard back from the manager !! They responded on google and told me to email them and I havenāt heard back

Very unprofessional experience provided here. They did not read back the order to confirm what was ordered. First gave out the wrong drink. Then the container had sauce all over it, and in the bag. Handed it back to be wiped off and it was barely wiped with no apologies for handing out a messy container in the first place. Then the nibblers meal looked like it was just tossed inside without any thought.
Highly disappointed.
If I can't go to the one off Scenic, I just won't go. I've been to Grasyon's location several times and each time I got an extended wait or request to pull to the side. Longest wait being about 30 minutes while the whole front staff disappeared. My typical orders are less than $25 (that's 2 meals, BTW). Sauce portions are weird...only one ranch for two dinners? Today upon pulling into drive thru I was greeted with 'Hold please'. A few minutes of silence and I left, passing a few pulled over cars on the way out. So like I said, I'll drive an extra 10 minutes to the one off Scenic.

I usually write reviews so others know, but I was really disappointed with my experience here. First off, the food took way too long to arrive ā we waited for over 15 mins thru a drive thru. When it finally came, it was cold and honestly, and i wasn't given the correct salad. Iām not sure if it was just a bad day in the kitchen, but it was not worth the wait.
To make matters worse, the place was short-staffed. There were barely any servers around, It felt like no one cared about the quality of service or food. Wonāt be coming back again. Not that they care but, I knew something was right the drive thru lights didn't work no one really in parking lot and when i got to window it was immediately please pull forward with no one in line. Sad to see the chain fall off so bad
