This location gets 1 because giving zero isn't an option. My family had a wedding in the area and the bride wanted doughnut holes from this location. We placed an order for 20 dozen doughnuts, the owner confirmed and processed online payment On the wedding day, not only did the order not get processed, the owner wouldn't even tell me himself, he made his employee do it My hope is you will choose to not do business with this company

My family & I LOVE Belair Donuts. Everything we have tried here has been delicious, whether it be the sandwiches, wraps, coffee or donuts. The pricing is very reasonable, and we love that we can support our local shops! The workers are always very kind & help recommend new things to try.

I always love the food here, but lately there's been a young woman working who never puts her hair all the way back and her hair is always touching everything. I'm afraid to let her make my coffee again because her hair was basically falling into my coffee. Wasn't just one time either, this is the second time I've come in and her hair is practically dipping into the donuts and coffee.

Good food and coffee. However, just like others are voicing the service was horrible. The woman working was very rude and simply did not want to help us. People left because she said 3 easy orders would take too long as she complained to us about working. Would not come back.

My girlfriend and I are new to the area, but stoked when we saw a local coffee shop not far from us, cuz ya know, support your local coffee. So we go yesterday to get coffee and a couple breakfast sandwiches. Still within earshot and not 30 seconds after ordering, one of the employees starts complaining to the other about the order not being donuts since they’re a donut shop…sorry I ordered the wrong thing? Oh well, I’ll just get my coffee elsewhere.
The food here is good, donuts are delicious. I’ve had great experiences until today. The woman working this morning was SO RUDE. She had short black hair, dressed in all black. It’s one thing if she makes one short comment in passing, but every response she had was just rude. She’s in the back making sandwiches, asks us what we’d like, we ask if they have their sausage roll things. Her response? “We do, but you’re going to have to WAIT since it’s just me. Is anyone here ordering anything SIMPLE?”. Every response after that was huffing and puffing, eye rolling, and just generally acting like we were asking her to do brain surgery. This ain’t a teenager, this is an adult in her 20s-30s acting like this. My poor husband is nice and just apologized for inconveniencing her. If you hate your job that much, maybe work somewhere else. I just wanted some donuts on a Saturday ??♀️ we won’t be back.

Their Apple Fritters are HUGE! Combo apple fritter and an egg, bacon and cheese croissant total $8.00. The Egg, bacon, cheese croissant was chopped bacon (they use on their other pastries maybe?) so NOT bacon slices :-( Very nice people working there.

OMG I've missed trying belair donuts for years! I've always been to late but today finally remembered before closing and OMG I'll never eat a donut from anywhere else again!!! Most donuts are so sickening sweet you can only eat one but these donuts are the perfect sweetness. The blueberry is a crisp taste with a perfect glaze. The old fashion sour cream are what dreams are made of. I will be ordering a dozen and eating the whole box myself next time!
