If your not going to take pride in your food then close. Serving your consumers old and food is just lazy and shows a lack of professionalism. Biscuit is beyond hard and old. Chicken is reheated therefore its dry and inedible. Super disappointed!!

I honestly can't rate the food at this Bojangles because I don't believe I've ever actually received what I've ordered! You either wait at the speaker with no reply for 15-20 minutes or they're out of everything you asked for or you get someone else's order in your bag! I wish the franchise owner would actually try to eat there because they would go to McDonald's too

They won't get the order right. You can order ahead but you'll still have to wait 30-40 minus longer. If you get it delivered half will be wrong or missing. Portions for cost has shrinkflatoin real. It's really good food when not rushed and made right unfortunately that's few and far between. It's proof good leaders make good teams. May the odds be in your favor.

Of course maybe I shouldn't complain this time because I received an extra with my order, FRIES! That I didn't ask for. Were they added or did they reuse the box??? TIRED and DONE!!!
