The tenders have me in a chokehold. Sometimes they are delicious and on occasion they look more like nuggets. They are not consistent from establishment to establishment which alters the experience.
I love pairing my meal with mac n cheese & lemonade no ice. Avocado rand & creamy salsa for dipping.

I love this location but for god sake please get a separate lane for mobile drive thru! Sitting behind 10 cars that need to place an order just to scan a barcode can be annoying

Sadly, this is the only chick-fil-a I’ve been to that gets orders wrong and serves old food. My salad was completely wilted and the chicken undercooked. I’ve had similar instances at this location, spoke with a manager and was promised to be emailed a coupon to receive a new item. I have yet to receive anything and that was months ago. Disappointed to say the least.

The most unorganized drive thru!! If im 3-5 cars back in the line why give me my food then have me waiting 5-10 minutes to leave because yall havent given the person in the front of the line their food especially in the mobile thru lane… food portions are always different also, most days i get shorted

Look at the picture.Didn't the frying pan coating come off? At first, I thought it was a foreign substance from my mouth, so I thought it was okay. But most of the time, when I ate it, I felt uncomfortable in my throat, and when I saw that kind of black foreign substance coming out of my mouth, it was on cheese and bread. I’m so disappointed at this time!!

My order was wrong and old. Definitely had been sitting out under the heated lamp during lunch rush. If we were close and not starving, I would have returned for a refund. What a disappointment.
