Sadly, this is the only chick-fil-a I’ve been to that gets orders wrong and serves old food. My salad was completely wilted and the chicken undercooked. I’ve had similar instances at this location, spoke with a manager and was promised to be emailed a coupon to receive a new item. I have yet to receive anything and that was months ago. Disappointed to say the least.

The most unorganized drive thru!! If im 3-5 cars back in the line why give me my food then have me waiting 5-10 minutes to leave because yall havent given the person in the front of the line their food especially in the mobile thru lane… food portions are always different also, most days i get shorted

Look at the picture.Didn't the frying pan coating come off? At first, I thought it was a foreign substance from my mouth, so I thought it was okay. But most of the time, when I ate it, I felt uncomfortable in my throat, and when I saw that kind of black foreign substance coming out of my mouth, it was on cheese and bread. I’m so disappointed at this time!!

My order was wrong and old. Definitely had been sitting out under the heated lamp during lunch rush. If we were close and not starving, I would have returned for a refund. What a disappointment.
The mobile/ drive-through is very confusing. This place needs better signage.

every time I order to go, they always forget my sauce or an item today I ordered two Chick-fil-A sandwiches with fruit bowls and a side of fries. Not only did I not receive my french fries but I also didn’t get any tasks to go with my sandwich as I ordered it. I’m very disappointed. I didn’t even eat my sandwich. I want a refund.

Not sure why this story do not give the customer their drink while waiting on their order. Cashier said, that's their policy. Not sure why this store has a different standard than other chic fil a stores. Also, I said dine in, but they bought.all my food in a togo-bag...smh.

I love me some Chick-fil-A. But for one complaint, when will the employees learn to put beverages in cups without spillage? I really detest getting a sticky cup. And when you order a salad, the toppings amount is nothing as advertised. There are barely enough to even get a taste. When I brought this to the managers attention, she said it was standard. But the advertised image i was looking at on my phone showed a totally different salad. Please stop skimping on the toppings or just not serve a tray full of lettuce. I will give it another chance before posting skimpy salad.
