Two bad experiences in two days — extremely disappointing, especially when trying to treat visiting family.
Night one: our order was incomplete, though I will say the manager was very helpful and kind over the phone, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, day two was just as bad. The order was again missing items — no large grape salad, no broccoli salad, and only two packs of crackers for three chicken salads. The manager began to question me when I said this order isn’t right either but when I asked for toppings and cracker I was silenced because she had done that. No you have not. Do your job
This level of carelessness two days in a row is unacceptable. I expect better quality and attention to detail, especially from a place known for takeout. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

i normally eat here every friday. with no problem at all, today at 3:45PM i opened my tray at my home and noticed a piece of hair on my food which is disgusting.

A bunch of young kids and young adults that know good work ethic. They just stand around. Ordered fruity Fran- had no apples or grapes- they told me “some scoops come without grapes and apples” I ordered a pound….. low quality people. When they don’t want to make more, they tell you they’re out.

Not happy with rude supervisor. Asked if they had another large chicken salad that wasn't four days old. She turned around and very hateful said NO! LAST TIME I WILL GO TO GROVETOWN.
