I’ve never had bad experiences here before. But, today was off. The girl who took my order wanted to argue that the smoothie didn’t have lemon ice in it because I called it a lemon ice smoothie. As if I wasn’t reading the menu directly from the website, where it states that the smoothie has lemon ice in it. Then, at the window, the guy read me my entire order, then said, “you got food, right”?

At least 8 people working the counter but nobody takes orders unless you interrupt a conversation. Then my daughters order was wrong and when I brought it up to them the girl who took it back went on break so I watched her burger sit in the window until I asked for it before they tried to take it to someone else.
